'A long way to go'
FT: Newcastle 1-1 Wolves
Newcastle United
Newcastle manager Steve Bruce, speaking to BBC MOTD: “We’re disappointed because we had the big chances. They had a couple at the death but in the first half. We’ve had three wonderful chances and then one with Joelinton with 10 minutes to go.
"It’s the same story, if you create chances but don’t take them, in the Premier League you’ll get punished."
On the Wolves goal and decision to bring goalkeeper Martin Dubravka into the side: "We should stop the cross and I think the goalkeeper will think he could have kept it out. He's made a great save at the end, but I know he'll be disappointed with the goal."
On Newcastle's form and looking forward: “I‘ve been quite pleased with how we’ve gone about our work. I’ve enjoyed watching us play today but disruptions and injuries to our big players is the biggest concern. For Miggy [Almiron] to be upset like he is, we fear the worst.
"There’s still a long way to go. Everybody in the bottom half will be looking over their shoulder. It’s an accumulation of points that matters so let’s take the positives."
'My players are frustrated'
FT: Newcastle 1-1 Wolves
Newcastle United
Newcastle boss Steve Bruce, speaking to Sky Sports: "The first half an hour until the [Miguel Almiron] injury we were excellent. We created four opportunities and at this level you have to take them.
"The injuries have disrupted us but we've had enough big chances to get a couple of goals but unfortunately we didn't take them.
"When you look at the [Wolves] goal, we should have stopped the cross and when keeper looks at it, could he have done better?
"A point is a point. It could be enough. We'll have to wait and see. The players are frustrated because they played very well but unfortunately gave away a bad goal.
"We could do with a bit more luck with the injury situation."
'We fear the worst'
FT: Newcastle 1-1 Wolves
Newcastle United
Newcastle boss Steve Bruce has just told TV that he "fears the worst" about Miguel Almiron's injury.
"It's too early but for him to come off and be in the state he is in we fear the worst," he said.
'Lost for words'
FT: Newcastle 1-1 Wolves
Newcastle United
Newcastle captain Jamaal Lascelles, speaking to BBC MOTD: "We had very good chances and we are lost for words. We got a point but it should have been three points.
"I wanted the three points and I would have been much happier with that than scoring.
"A lot of positives but we need to stop talking and put the points on the board."
Post update
FT: Newcastle 1-1 Wolves
A lot of love coming Martin Dubravka's way in the TV interviews with Newcastle's players. They're all praising the recalled keeper for that outstanding reflex save to keep out Fabio Silva at the end.
'Results will come'
FT: Newcastle 1-1 Wolves
Newcastle United
Newcastle captain and goalscorer Jamaal Lascelles, speaking to Sky Sports: "We definitely deserved more. We were the better team and had a lot of chances. We need to do better in front of goal.
"We had plenty of good chances that you'd dream about but we didn't put them away.
"We know the situation we're in. You can see by how we played and our effort, how much the game meant to us. It's just unfortunate we didn't come away with all three points.
"The positive thing is we're all on the same page, pushing and fighting together. With that, performances and results will come."
'Our expectations are high'
FT: Newcastle 1-1 Wolves
Wolves
Wolves boss Nuno Espirito Santo, speaking to BBC MOTD: "I'm not looking too much at the result. I'm looking more at the performance.
"I think we had good spells of possession and found the right spaces. We were in the game in a good way. I'm disappointed with the way we conceded but the reaction was good. We finished the game well.
"It's not difficult to beat our best run of this season. Our expectations are high. We expect good things from the players."
'Deserved more'
FT: Newcastle 1-1 Wolves
Newcastle United
Newcastle keeper Martin Dubravka, speaking to Sky Sports: "We deserved more today. In the first 45 minutes we were in control. We didn't do the basics as well in the second but we still had a few chances. We're a bit disappointed with the result but one point is better than nothing.
"I've been patient and today I had a chance. Hopefully I can get more games but credit to Karl (Darlow) who has played well.
On the injury time save that secured a point: "I was trying to react from short distance. It was a tough situation but I'm glad I was able to help the team."

FT: Newcastle 1-1 Wolves
Steve Bruce will be hoping the injuries to Allan Saint-Maximin and Miguel Almiron are not serious.
Newcastle have a whole week to prepare for next Sunday's match at West Brom. That already feels like a huge game for both clubs.
Post update
FT: Newcastle 1-1 Wolves
Wolves are now unbeaten in five. It's been a decent turnaround by Nuno Espirito Santo's side. But their next three games are Manchester City (away), Aston Villa (away) and Liverpool (home).
FULL-TIME
Newcastle 1-1 Wolves
That was a good watch. A hard-earned point for Newcastle. They won't be dropping into the relegation zone this weekend.
CLOSE!
Newcastle 1-1 Wolves
Superb reflex save by Martin Dubravka to stop Fabio Silva from winning it for Wolves. That looked a certain goal but Dubravka got in the way of Silva's header to turn it over the bar.
Post update
Newcastle 1-1 Wolves
Watching Newcastle is like going for a wide range of emotions - joy, sorrow, disappointment and anger in the space of 90 minutes. Steve Bruce's head must hurt.

Dave, Chester: Lascelles is a big guy. Definitely would make a Premier League XI of "heavies". Yknow the "step this way please sir", with the strong hand to the back
Rachel Fleming: I think Liverpool and Newcastle must be top of the league - of the most unlucky clubs for injuries this season
Post update
Newcastle 1-1 Wolves
Wolves have made a couple of changes. Ki-Jana Hoever and Fabio Silva have been sent on for Nelson Semedo and Willian Jose.

Newcastle 1-1 Wolves
Steve Bruce is going to face questions about Martin Dubravka. Fingers will be pointed at the recalled keeper for Ruben Neves' goal. Dubravka managed to get down and get a hand to the header but couldn't stop it from crossing the line.
CLOSE!
Newcastle 1-1 Wolves
That's an incredible goal-line clearance by Romain Saiss.
Joelinton gets a shot away which is heading straight for the net but Saiss gets his body in the way to deflect it away.
Did it hit his hand? I think it was more his upper arm but Wolves survive.
Post update
Newcastle 1-1 Wolves
Wolves love a comeback win. They managed one the last time they were on the road at Southampton. Newcastle's confidence appeared to drain when Ruben Neves scored and the visitors are hunting a winner.
