    You wonder if Gareth Southgate feels the balance of the starting XI hasn't worked in this game. Maybe taking off those players will create a more regular area to work in - not too many players crowding in the same area playing to feet, maybe it will unlock more spaces. England haven't created anywhere near as much as we would hope to have done.
