Mateo Kovacic and N'Golo Kante move it around nicely in the middle. It comes to Mason Mount and he has space to shoot, so does, but fires it over the bar.

Mason Mount again makes an excellent run in behind on the right. He fizzes it in low but Christian Pulisic can't quite reach it despite a decent sprinting run to the near post.

Mason Mount picks the ball up in space on the right. He takes a touch and strikes it across goal but it's well blocked.

Mateo Kovacic feeds in Christian Pulisic. He waits for the run of Kai Havertz, plays the through ball and Havertz hits it first time.

Jordan Ayew and Christian Benteke are starting to link-up a little more.

Chelsea are still very dangerous though. Kai Havertz is inches away from getting to a back pass before Vicente Guaita but he pulls away at the last minute.

Chelsea try to break down the right. Mason Mount cuts inside of Patrick van Aanholt but his early cross is intercepted.

Callum Hudson-Odoi's touch is very heavy and it gifts possession to Palace near the Chelsea box.

Eberechi Eze can't quite pick out Jordan Ayew though. That all came from Palace's pressing, which has been much better this half.
