How will Chelsea cope without Antonio Rudiger who has been immense?

What an opportunity for exciting young talent Billy Gilmour. It's his first Premier League start under Tuchel. Will the 19-year-old grasp his chance?

Brighton & Hove Albion

Brighton boss Graham Potter, speaking to BBC Sport: "A big victory and a big performance. One with a lot of quality and a lot of character. Disappointed with the last one and you have to respond and the players did. Overall a fully deserved three points.

"We deserved the two-goal lead. Sometimes you don't get what you deserve.

"Danny Welbeck has that quality. He has scored some good goals for us. He has contributed to what we have done on the pitch. He is a Premier League player and he has fantastic attributes as a player and a person.

"It was one of our best performances. You have to match Leeds for their effort and honesty and I felt we did that really well.

"There are still a lot of points to play for and we want to get more points as well."

Fulham

Scott Parker on Fulham's battle to stay in the Premier League: "It's difficult because the games are running out. The one thing I want to get across here is that I understand that there is a difficult challenge ahead of us and it is a hard task. I'm not deluded in any way.

"I never want to try and blind my players or give them some hope that maybe isn't there. So everything I'm saying is coming from a place that I firmly believe and I want my players to understand that.

"I firmly believe that you can't be that close [in matches], like it has been, and be a dead and buried team."

Leeds United

Leeds manager Marcelo Bielsa, speaking to Amazon Prime: "In the middle sector of the pitch we were trying to find variety to get in behind them.

"Yes, there was very few [chances], that's true. It wasn't because [Patrick Bamford] was isolated. It was because the ball couldn't reach the final third.

"I pay more attention to the construction of our offensive game."

On Kalvin Phillips' absence: "I think the performance of Robin Koch was positive. I don't link the defeat to the absence of Kalvin Phillips."

Chelsea

This time in two weeks Chelsea will be kicking-off at Wembley in the FA Cup final IN FRONT OF FANS.

By the time they face Leicester at the national stadium, they could have a Champions League final to look forward to - as well as a top-four spot in the bag.

Not bad for a team that was ninth in the table when they dismissed Frank Lampard in January.

Any Premier League player that uses the word 'peripheral' in a sentence while talking to TV is a winner in my book.

Brighton & Hove Albion

Brighton striker Danny Welbeck, speaking to BBC Sport: "I am happy to get the goal. It was an important game for us and as a team we are all really happy to put in a performance like that against a tough team.

"We created some good chances. We maybe could have got another goal to have a bit more of a cushion but once I got that second goal it put us in a good position.

"It is one of those situations where the ball is in the air, you are looking around your peripheral and you are looking at what solutions you can go to next. I am really pleased with that goal.

"With the good players we have I know we can do much better than we are. We've got a good group of players and the right staff here."

What has Thomas Tuchel done to Chelsea's defence? They've conceded just eight in 14 league matches under the German, including five in one game against West Brom. That's an incredible turnaround after conceding nine in Frank Lampard's last five games.

Leeds United

Leeds' Jack Harrison, speaking to Amazon Prime: "I think we found it pretty difficult to play against their formation. They were solid in defence and made it difficult for us. Credit to them, they were very organised.

"As a striker it is always difficult when you play against three tall and physical centre backs.

"The manager has just given a brief overview. He said it was a fair result and that we struggled to press their three centre backs.

"I know he will be looking back on that and looking at ways we can improve."

Fulham

Fulham will take heart from the fact that Chelsea's one and only Premier League defeat under Thomas Tuchel was a bolt out of the blue - against fellow strugglers West Brom.

As well as the Baggies, the only other Premier League teams to register a goal against the Blues since Tuchel took charge are Sheffield United, Southampton and Crystal Palace.

Chelsea

Chelsea v Manchester City in the Champions League final in Istanbul on 29 May? I'll have a bit of that.

Obviously anything can happen in next week's semi-final second legs but we can dream. Thomas Tuchel's side have work to do before they entertain Real Madrid in a tie which is delicately poised at 1-1.

Chelsea need to make sure they finish in the top four. Beat Fulham and they will open a six-point cushion between themselves and fifth-placed West Ham.

Brighton & Hove Albion

Brighton's Pascal Gross speaking to Premier League Productions: "Yeah, it's a really big [three points]. I think we deserved it. We played really well today. Last week was disappointing for us. It was a good performance.

"It gives relief with three points - at this stage of the season it is a really big step forward."

On his penalty: "I trust my quality. I knew what I was doing was close but I hit it well. You have to bounce back after you miss so I think that was good."

On Danny Welbeck: "You see where he has come from. He had a tough period with injuries but he has incredible quality every day in training. It's really good to play with him. It's great to have him around the training ground.

"He can help every player. The way he trains and plays every young player can look up to him. He does his job really good."

Chelsea got a good result against Real Madrid on Tuesday but they could have returned with more than a draw, and the Blues will have to be very careful in the second leg of that Champions League semi-final next week.

This game should be a lot more straightforward for Thomas Tuchel's side, who are trying to secure a top-four finish.

Fulham didn't play last weekend, but they are bottom of the Premier League's form table with just one point from their last five matches and it's going to take something very special for them to stay up now. I don't see it happening.

Brighton's Danny Welbeck: "Every single game is important in the Premier league, we still have a few left and anything can happen.

"We have put ourselves in a good position. With the squad we have and the club we are we want to be fighting higher.

"We want to finish the season strongly."

Fulham

As if Fulham's battle to stay up was not difficult enough, Brighton's win over Leeds just made it 10 times harder. Having started the weekend seven points from safety, Scott Parker's team are now NINE points adrift with five games remaining. That makes this an absolute must-win game against the Champions League semi-finalists. It's not looking good, is it?
