Crystal Palace boss Roy Hodgson speaking to Sky Sports: "I thought we got back to the best of what we have been in the last few years in the second half. We were aggressive and hard-working. We chased balls down and gave them much less time.

"Our start was slow and they were looking quite comfortable so I put it down to the pure desire and pure professionalism. We came back from behind but I thought we were very good value for our three goals as there were other opportunities.

"The message that we gave them at half time was that we felt we were getting back into the game before messing it up. We really believed if we kept up the progress we were making at the end of the first half then with more determination, aggression and desire...

"It would have been a fantastic second half had [the fans] been here today! We need to enjoy this victory then have a couple of days to make sure we are in the right frame of mind from the start against Arsenal. We have a number of our fans back and we want to show them it's been a very good season for the football club and there's lots of good times to come."

Remember the days when Harry Kane and Son Heung-min were setting each other up for what felt like 10 goals a game and Jose Mourinho's team were looking like title challengers? Bizarre to think that was only a few months back.

Adama Traore is caught by Dele Alli in the centre circle and goes down in pain. Wolves play on with Traore on the ground and he's recovered by the time the ball goes out of play 30 seconds later.

I don't understand what Tanguy Ndombele has done since Ryan Mason has come in to make him hardly play him. For most Spurs fans he's probably been one of their best midfielders of the season. I know he can't complete 90 minutes but when he's on the pitch he's a joy to watch so it's a strange one.

What surprises me as well is Japhet Tanganga, I like him but Matt Doherty must be thinking I've left Wolves to play first team football at Spurs and at the moment their first choice Serge Aurier is injured, looks like Tanganga is second choice so where does that leave Doherty?

Aston Villa

Aston Villa manager Dean Smith speaking to Sky Sports: "Lack of concentration. I was really pleased at half-time, we played some really good football and should have been further ahead than one goal.

"There was some fortune on both of their goals but I can't deny that they were the better team in the second half. Unfortunately for us in the past month or two we have had too many indifferent halves.

"It was a super goal [by John McGinn], side footed from 25-yards and that's what he can do. He enjoyed himself in the first half and the team enjoyed themselves in the first half. Unfortunately we didn't deal well enough with their counter pressing in the second half."

On whether Jack Grealish will start one of Villa's remaining two games: "I'm hopeful. He's pushing, he's had no reaction in his first game or today so he's building those minutes."

Wolves are starting to play some nice ball now as Adama Traore runs a good 65 yards before feeding Fabio Silva, but he drags his shot wide.

Wolves have a shot on target now as youngster Fabio Silva latches onto a long ball forward and holds off a defender. He tries to catch Hugo Lloris out at his near post but the Spurs keeper saves easily.

A warning for Wolves... Gareth Bale has scored in each of his last seven Premier League home starts (11 goals), a run that stretches back to 2012-13.

Spurs striker Harry Kane smashes a shot off the post out of nowhere. He gets the ball with his back to goal 25 yards out, turns and hammers in a shot which flies past Rui Patricio and hits the woodwork.

No real pattern yet, it's a bit end to end. Wolves - in 12th - have nothing but pride left to play for.

Aston Villa's John McGinn speaking to Sky Sports: "It was a number of reasons. We played really well in the first half but in the second half they were the better team. They deserved it in the second half.

"We had control of the game and scored two good goals. We needed to build on that but the second half wasn't the standards we have set this season so we need to look at it.

"I should be getting more goals. When I play for the national team I do that more often. I played higher up in the first half today. It wasn't enough to get three points.

"I'm just focusing on trying to finish top half this season. We're all really disappointed. A lot of us have stuff to look forward to in the summer but we want to finish the season well.

"We need to become more street-wise and defend our goal better."

Oliver Camp: Of all the things about Ryan Mason's tenure so far, the strangest has been dropping Ndombele. He was really the driving force of this side on so many occasions this season. How does he deserve to be dropped for Alli or Lo Celso?

Tottenham have lost half of their Premier League home games against Wolves. They only have a higher percentage of home defeats against Nottingham Forest (60%).

Nuno Espirito Santo could become the first manager in Premier League history to win his first three away matches against Spurs.

Wolves have started to pick up a bit in the past few weeks, but it says a lot about their season that they probably still won't finish in the top half of the table.

It's hard to know exactly what to expect from Tottenham. On paper, they should win this game, but they will have to play a lot better than they did in their defeat by Leeds last time out.

I tried to go back post for the first cross and then when it went back out I thought I'd stay around. I just tried to be in the right place. I knew it hit my shoulder, for a second I was a bit scared [it would be disallowed].

"It's been an amazing season. It's been a dream come true and I'm just buzzing. I didn't think I would feature this much and I'm just thankful to the manager.

"I've learnt a lot, how hard it is in the Premier League week in, week out, but I feel I've got a lot more confident."

Wolverhampton Wanderers

Wolves boss Nuno Espirito Santo speaking to Sky Sports: "We have players available and it'll be a tough week ahead of us. We have options so we wanted to try things.

"We have to play a very good game, organised, disciplined. We have talented players up front and we need to try and take advantage of that."
