    Southampton 1-1 Man Utd

Southampton haven't had a shot on target since James Ward-Prowse's free-kick inside the first minute.

Man Utd have manged 14 shots in total, only four of which have been on target.

    Wolves 0-1 Tottenham

Raul Jimenez tumbles in the box as he rises for a header. No penalty.

The attack remains alive but a shot from range is hammered over the bar.

    Wolves 0-1 Tottenham

    Simon Stone
    BBC Sport at Molineux

This is my third game in eight days - and the third absolutely brilliant atmosphere.

It's a superb game too. Wolves should have levelled through Traore but Spurs could easily be two up.

There's another goal in this one I am sure.

  5. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 15:28 British Summer Time 22 August 2021

    Wolves 0-1 Tottenham

    Tottenham twist first.

On comes Giovani lo Celso, replacing Lucas Moura, who has faded largely into non-existence in this game.

Can the little Argentine provide a bit more punch?

  6. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 15:28 British Summer Time 22 August 2021

    Southampton 1-1 Man Utd

That's the last of Moussa Djenepo's involvement today.

The winger has looked dangerous going forward, but he's on a yellow card and with Man Utd going through the years, Ralph Hasenhuttle has opted to replace him with Ibrahima Diallo.

    Southampton 1-1 Man Utd

Bruno Fernandes wins a free-kick after Moussa Djenepo clips him on the right wing.

The Portuguese takes the free-kick and it's cleared out to Mason Greenwood who hits it on the half volley from outside the box.

It's high over the bar and into the stands, much to the delight of the Saints faithful.

    Wolves 0-1 Tottenham

    Jose Sa to Wolves' rescue!

He does really well to save a curling shot from Steven Bergwijn low down and is quickly back up to parry a follow-up effort.

A third shot is then blocked by a Wolves player.

We've got a cracking last 25 minutes ahead of us here.

  9. CLOSE!published at 15:25 British Summer Time 22 August 2021

    Southampton 1-1 Man Utd

Man Utd are knocking on the door now.

The chances are coming thick and fast, and Bruno Fernandes is the latest player to have a shot on target, with a powerful header from Aaron Wan-Bissaka's cross.

Alex McCarthy sees it late and the ball hits him in the face as he makes the save, but after a bit of a scramble he holds onto it for a goal-kick.

Romain Saiss meets the corner but heads over.

Oh, Adama. He has so much in the locker. But that only makes his final, crucial decisions all the more frustrating.

    SAVE!

This is the chance for Wolves. The one they've patiently been probing for.

Ruben Neves wins the ball off Eric Dier and slots in Adama Traore, who is clear on goal. He has time to take a touch, pick his spot and then shoot... straight at Lloris, who admittedly had powered off his line to block.

Tottenham have pretty much abandoned any attempt at creating something from concerted attacking pressure. It's all balls over the top for Son and Moura.

    Chance for Wolves!

Nelson Semedo is in down the right and sends in a low ball that is struck at goal on the slide by Francisco Trincao. It is straight at Lloris, though.

    They're getting closer.

Manchester United really pressing on the accelerator now and Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has upped the ante by bringing on £73m Jadon Sancho. Saints need to regroup now and find some of what gave them the lead before half-time.

  18. CLOSE!published at 15:19 British Summer Time 22 August 2021

    Southampton 1-1 Man Utd

Paul Pogba has come alive in the second half.

He dummies past four Southampton defenders before unleashing the shot and it's so close. Just inches wide of Alex McCarthy's post.

That Kilman block was crucial for Wolves. Spurs have been stubborn enough at 1-0. 2-0 might be too much of a mountain to climb.
