A lot of people asked what the fans would be like if Harry Kane wanted to move. Tottenham fans are not silly, if a club like Man City that's winning trophies comes knocking, you're not going to turn that down.

Credit to Daniel Levy, he didn't budge - Kane will put a shift in now, he's not the type to sulk.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, speaking to Sky Sports at Molineux about Cristiano Ronaldo's impending arrival: "Hopefully we can get the paper work sorted and announce it.

"He is a great player, a great human being. I'm excited to keep building this squad. He will bring something completely different.

"Hopefully Cristiano can come in and show what he has done in his career. I am sure he likes all the talk about being old. Make it personal and he will show what he can do."

Watford did well, but playing the likes of Tottenham away - that isn't going to define their season. It's playing teams in and around them near the bottom that they have to win and their home games.

I've seen signs that they could be alright this season, they just need to be more ruthless in the final third. They've got good attacking options, in particular Ismaila Sarr - he's their standout player.

Not a bad start, is it? Their were questions before the start of the season of what they would do, but credit to Nuno Espirito Santo, he wasn't their first-choice manager, he's gone in and worked hard with this group of players. The best news is they've managed to keep Harry Kane.

It was a positive result. It wasn't vintage Spurs, but will they care? Three wins out of three for Tottenham.

Hands up who had Tottenham down to be the last team with a 100% winning record in the Premier League?

Who said 1-0 wins were boring? That's their third in three games this season.

Cristiano Ronaldo fever has broken out at Molineux.

Chants of 'Viva Ronaldo' can be heard both inside and outside of Wolves' ground in what is Manchester United's first match since the club announced they had reached an agreement to re-sign Cristiano Ronaldo.

I suspect they are going to be singing it all afternoon.

There's a party atmosphere among United's fans. A cardboard cut-out of Ronaldo has also been spotted.

Two down, one to go. And what a big game we have coming up. The travelling Manchester United fans are already making themselves heard in the Black Country. Can anyone guess who they might be singing about?

And all over in London as Tottenham make it three wins from three to go top of the Premier League.

Into the last couple of minutes and Bryan Gil is on for a Premier League debut for Tottenham. He replaces Son Heung-min.

Nervous times now for Burnley as Leeds have them pegged back as the visitors chase the winner. There's frustration and concern around Turf Moor as we enter stoppage time.

A little bit of late pressure from Watford as Adam Masina sends the ball into the box. Hugo Lloris fumbles his catch and the loose ball causes a moment of panic but the whistle then goes for a foul on the Spurs keeper.

I don't think Spurs will finish top four, that would be difficult. There are teams that have spent a lot of money on talented players in the summer. Man City, Chelsea, Liverpool and Man United - that top four will be difficult to break.

Finishing top six and trying to win a trophy - that's a successful season for Spurs.

Spanish La Liga

Barcelona host Getafe in La Liga today. Philippe Coutinho is on the bench after eight months out through injury, and goalkeeper Marc-Andre ter Stegen makes his first appearance of the season.

Ooooh so close to a goal for Harry Kane on his first league start of the season.

First, Lucas Moura does well to wriggle away from his marker on the right and he plays the ball across the face of goal with Kane lurking at the back stick but a touch from a Watford player does enough to push it through Kane's legs.

Then the striker thumps a fierce effort at goal that Daniel Bachmann does really well to keep out.

A second change for Burnley as Matej Vydra replaces Ashley Barnes with just over 10 minutes to go.
