What a strike! It was a really good shot but drilled straight at the keeper. The ball didn't really rise but it's nearly taken the keeper's throat out!

Hakim Ziyech skips past the defender on the right and curls it in. The keeper punches it away but it's back with Chelsea.

Ruben Loftus-Cheek dances inside the box and gets a shot off - again, saved. Nice feet!

The corner comes to Soren Rieks at the back post but his improvised half-volley is wide and over.

Malmo are pressing with intensity when Chelsea get it - when Chelsea get the ball they have three or four players around them. There's got to be spaces elsewhere they just need to keep that ball moving.

Jo Inge Berget robs it off Marcos Alonso, then sits Hakim Ziyech on his backside right in front of the home fans by the touchline.

Malmo win a corner off it in the end!

Sergio Pena looks a really tidy player for Malmo. He wins a throw-in off Callum Hudson-Odoi and shrugs his shoulders a little arrogantly afterwards.

Cesar Azpilicueta immediately looks for Callum Hudson-Odoi down the right.

He's moved out wide and Hakim Ziyech has gone into the middle - a slight change by Thomas Tuchel at the break.

Manchester United

Paul Pogba returns to Manchester United's starting line-up in the Champions League, the Frenchman is currently banned for three games in the Premier League after his sending off against Liverpool.

Chelsea have had the opportunities when they've won the ball initially and played forward quickly but they haven't capitalised on them. They could've made better choices on the ball and had better quality on the ball.

But you have to give Malmo credit, they're well in this game.

Malmo's last Champions League goal was in the 17th-minute by Markus Rosenberg in a 1-0 home win against Shakhtar Donetsk on 21 October 2015.

Imagine if that had gone in off Antonio Colak...

That was almost brilliant! It was from a dropped ball and Chelsea fell asleep. Rather than take a touch and take the risk, Antonio Colak decides to just take the shot on the volley and why not.

That was a warning shot at the end of the first half.

An intriguing game. Chelsea need to do more. Malmo are growing in confidence.

What a chance!

Sergio Pena curls it over the top for Antonio Colak, who has snuck in between the two Chelsea centre-backs.

He audaciously volleys it - the technique is superb! But it's wide of the right post. Ooosh.

Cesar Azpilicueta tries to keep it in play on the right but the flag's up. This game feels like it needs half time.

The opportunities have come in this half when Chelsea have attacked with pace and attacked with that initial first phase - that's the one they have to get right. When they regroup Malmo do organise they've got the back five ready and they defend the goal well - they've rode the wave.

When Chelsea get those first few passes right that's the time when they can get the shots on goal.

Callum Hudson-Odoi can't get a shot off and has to go back to Jorginho on the edge of the box.

It's eventually curled in towards Marcos Alonso but it's well defended at the back post.
