Marcos Alonso through to Jorginho is the key ball Malmo need to look out for and they know that Jorginho dictates the play for Chelsea - that's no great secret we all know how well he does that - but it's how you stop that and at the moment they are doing that. Chelsea are being pinned back a bit.

    Hmm.

It's won by Chelsea just outside the box. Cesar Azpilicueta lays it off to Kai Havertz, he turns and is about to shoot before he goes down in the box.

It was a real tangle of legs but he went down lack a sack of spuds!

Ruben Loftus-Cheek impressed at the weekend and helped Chelsea turn the screw on Newcastle. All he's ever wanted is the opportunity and he's been hindered by injury or lack of opportunity to get in the team and you feel so frustrated for him.

I played with him at Chelsea and his talent is untold - he's got anything he wants in the palm of his hands but just wants that opportunity. He's got that tonight.

Chelsea have enough in this XI, they have enough pace. Yes, they've lost Timo Werner who hurt Malmo in the first leg but with Callum Hudson-Odoi, Hakim Ziyech and Kai Havertz in the line-up you'd think that when Malmo go forward the opportunities will be there for Chelsea.

This is one that Chelsea expect to win, one for them to tick off and move onto the next game.

Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel to BT Sport on changes at full-back: "It's a tough one because they have been so decisive. It is an intense positon, you saw how much they invested with a lot of sprints. We have a lot of matches. At the same time we have good guys from behind so we can keep the same intensity levels hopefully up high in these positions and let Marcos Alonso and Cesar Azpilicueta start.

"[Ruben Loftus-Cheek] is a bit like the type of [Mateo] Kovacic. He likes to drive the ball. The ball is very safe with him. He is using his physical ability more and more. We took the decision to build up his energy at home so he becomes more robust. I didn't know he had not played from the start in the Champions League for a long time but hopefully it's a good thing!"

Chelsea defender Ben Chilwell says the secret of their success is a lack of big egos in the squad.

The European champions sit top of the Premier League as they chase more silverware in Thomas Tuchel's first full season in charge.

"It is obviously frustrating because as a footballer you want to be playing week in, week out," Chilwell said.

"When you've got a squad like we do here at Chelsea, with 20, 25 world-class players and two or three fighting in every position, you've got to understand you're not going to play every match and just to support the group.

"Of course Marcos [Alonso] started the season very well. I knew I had to be patient and bide my time.

"There is a group of players that want to work hard for the manager, work hard for the club and for each other and whoever gets their opportunity they're ready."
