He drifts in the middle of the goal and powers a header down. He has to generate the power with his neck musckes. It goes through Rulli's legs.
It looks like that will be enoigh for Liverpool. Jurgen Klopp can breathe easier now.

What an impact Luis Diaz has had on this game. He times his run to perfection to charge into space and head Trent Alexander-Arnold's cross home. The keeper got a boot to it, but can't keep it out.
The two-goal cushion is restored. Surely they can't have it taken away again now.

We felt it was coming in this second half. Liverpool have been a different team in the second half. They've been more precise with their passing and Villarreal haven't been able to keep up their intesity.
It was a decent strike - we were expecting a cross - but Rulli should do so much better. It's a big goal.
