West Ham 2-1 Man City

The Hammers still in charge, though.
West Ham 1-1 Man City
Advantage West Ham!
Mark Noble rattles in the first spot-kick for West Ham. Right down the middle.
Phil Foden steps up for City and it is saved!
Leicester 2-2 Brighton
Still going at the King Power. We're into injury time and there's enough of the four minutes of it left for this result to change.
Stoke 1-2 Brentford
It was harder than Brentford imagined it was going to be at the break, but they are into the quarters.
Burnley 0-1 Tottenham
Tottenham are through. Not a classic last-16 tie, this. Spurs won't care, though.
West Ham 0-0 Man City
To penalties we go. Is Man City's grip on this competition going to end?
West Ham 0-0 Man City
Big chance at the death!
The ball is chipped into the box and met by Raheem Sterling but his header is straight at Alphonse Areola.
Preston 0-2 Liverpool
Liverpool weren't at their best, but they are into the last eight.
Preston leave the competition with their heads held high.
Burnley 0-1 Tottenham
No prizes for guessing how Burnley are trying to get themselves a late equaliser against Spurs. The away defence are having to deal with an aerial bombardment.
Preston 0-2 Liverpool
Owen Beck is on for Liverpool. His great uncle is Ian Rush. No pressure.
West Ham 0-0 Man City
Remember that Man City have not lost in this competition since 2016. They are running the risk of a bit of a lottery to maintain that record here.
Preston 0-2 Liverpool
Declan Rudd keeps it to two as he pulls out a fine save to stop Neco Williams adding a third. The full-back was away down the right but couldn't finish.
So, that's the game at Deepdale put to bed. Brentford and Spurs still lead. But as I type, we're heading for pens at Leicester and West Ham.
Less than five minutes to go.
Divock Origi
Game over!
Somehow, Divock Origi has stuck out an Inspector Gadget-style leg to turn a deflected ball past Declan Rudd and into the net from close range.
It follows a Konstantinos Tsimikas cross that hit the bar and a Neco Williams effort that popped up to the striker.
Enock Mwepu (71 mins)
They're hogging the goals at the King Power Stadium!
Brighton are level once more and it's a first goal for summer signing Enock Mwepu, he gets up to loop a head into the corner and make it 2-2 with 19 minutes remaining.
Game on.
Preston 0-1 Liverpool
Preston make good use of their bench, sending on three players to try and level things up. One of them is Scott Sinclair.
Curtis Jones tries to end the contest but his low shot is saved.
West Ham 0-0 Man City
Phil Foden almost does provide that inspiration as his low deflected shot falls to Ilkay Gundogan. All the German needs to do is control and finish but his touch lets him down and Alphonse Areola hacks away.
West Ham 0-0 Man City
Phil Foden is on for Man City as they look for inspiration in the closing stages.
Just over 15 minutes left in the five games.
Only one of them currently heading for penalties. All of them there to showcase another twist or two, though.
Preston 0-1 Liverpool
Preston haven't really responded to falling behind here.
Liverpool are managing the game well now, patiently taking any remaining sting out of the hosts.
