Laura Georges

They can do better than they did in the second half, but it's a great start, a great signal to send out to their opponents. But I know the coach and she will be telling them now to just focus on the next game.

Gary Rose
BBC Sport at New York Stadium
A bit of a strange game in the end. Certainly hugely entertaining and France's quality of attack is to be feared but I don't think Italy will finish too disappointed. France may have stepped off after the break with the damage done but Italy did show some real quality going forward.
France 5-1 Italy

They became the first team to ever score five goals in a first half of the Women's Euros.

Top work by Bacha.

Six minutes added on. Probably mostly for that VAR check.

France bring on Sandy Baltimore for Sakina Karchaoui.
Not going to lie, Sandy Baltimore is a great name.
