No one wants to see a player go off the park and Italy definitely don't need that right now. But for me, it was reckless and it could have left a player in real danger.

The goals have dried up a bit but bear in mind it is 24C here so you can't blame the France players for stepping off a bit with the job done.

A red card for Italy and the floodgates may have opened up again but now that has been changed to a yellow we might not see much net bulging from here on.

France bring off hat-trick scorer Grace Geyoro and Delphine Cascarino for Melvine Malard and Kenza Dali.

It was a terrible, terrible tackle having seen it again. Reckless and dangerous.

Marissa: RED CARD!! Gama fouls Geyoro and Italy are down to 10 players! Goodness knows what she is arguing about, it was an awful tackle!

Rich Laverty: Can see why Gama is frustrated, it's accidental because she's just second to the ball, but it's so high. Be surprised if it's overturned, it's not a clear and obvious error to give a red card.
