The attendance has just been announced here with just over 8,100 at the New York Stadium. That's just a couple of hundred shy of the attendance for the stadium's opening game on Sunday.

The sun is finally dropping behind the hills and some fans have turned on the torches on their phones and are holding them up in the air, concert style.

No goals (yet) in this half but everyone here is still very much enjoying themselves.

    France 2-1 Belgium

Grace Geyoro has been left frustrated today.

The hat-trick scorer from the opening game is dispossessed and the ball breaks outside the box for Selma Bacha, who gives it a good bash but it sails way over.

We saw Marie-Antoinette Katoto hobbling heavily on crutches at the start of the second half but word from the France medical team is that it is "not anything serious".

Great news for France if that is the case.

  14. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 70 mins

    Another change for Belgium.

Amber Tysiak is on for Laura De Neve with 20 minutes remaining.

  15. CLOSE!published at 68 mins

You have to gobble those up at this level.

Ouleymata Sarr is free inside the area, eight yards out and dead centre, but another poor effort is scuffed into the hands of Nicky Evrard.

If they had Marie-Antoinette Katoto in that position...

  16. CLOSE!published at 67 mins

    France 2-1 Belgium

Sakina Karchaoui is brilliant down this left side for France.

She plays a quick one-two then finds Ouleymata Sarr six yards out, but the sub gets her body in an awkward position and nods a weak header straight at Nicky Evrard.

Bacha is probably the best left-back I've seen in the Champions League this season.

She's probably a little bit further forward.

    Catch it!

A cross comes in and France goalkeeper Pauline Peyraud-Magnin elects to punch rather than gather.

No harm done though, a blue shirt is able to complete the clearance.

Corner for Belgium, can they make it count?
