It's mentally and physically draining when you're chasing a team that is moving the ball like Spain are.

When England get it back, they don't have numbers around the ball to get them out of defensive areas.

Lucy Bronze goes early. She was offside but doesn't make contact. But does she interfere? Just because she doesn't make contact doesn't mean she isn't interfering.

It was a deliberate check by Bronze to drag in the back line.

That is a little shot in the arm for England.
