The subject of Derby County's finances has been headline news for months now but West Brom are not free of their own concerns.

After a near three-year absence, owner Guochuan Lai flew into the club for a brief visit earlier this month.

Having not put money into the club, it is not exactly known what his long-term intentions are but having dropped back into the Championship the season after their return to the Premier League, it is obvious West Brom are looking to bounce back immediately.

They are not being very convincing here at the moment.

Festy Ebosele is one of a few teenagers in the Rams line-up today.

He's switched to a wing-back role during the game and has shown really good pace to cut out a couple of promising situations.
