West Brom need to find a way back into this.

They had had the better of things before that dreadful mix-up between Cedric Kipre and Sam Johnstone gifted Colin Kazim-Richards the opener.

Derby just trying to take the sting out of it at the moment.

That goal has given the home team and their fans a real boost.

The Rams have taken points off the top two in the past few weeks so they do have a good recent record against the promotion hopefuls.

A completely self-inflicted wound for West Brom.

Cedric Kipre tries to head the ball back to Sam Johnstone, who is outside his area and about two yards away.

Johnstone's instinctive reaction is to head the ball himself - straight to Colin Kazim-Richards, who puts it into the empty net.

That was truly disastrous from a Baggies perspective.

    OH MY WORD!!!

    Well, what a mess.

Cedric Kipre goes to head the ball back to keeper Sam Johnstone but Johnstone is out of his area.

Kipre heads it against the England man and the ball drops to sub Colin Kazim-Richards.

The veteran coolly slots home into an empty net from 22 yards.

Wow, I think Curtis Davies is lucky to still be on the pitch here.

The Rams skipper is already on a booking and he clips the heels of Callum Robinson 25 yards from goal.

Kyle Bartley flicks in Adam Reach's free-kick but the flag is up against the Albion defender.

It's INCREDIBLY tight. Think the assistant has got it right but it really is inches.

Ooof, that's a poor challenge from Richard Stearman on Grady Diangana 20 yards out after the Rams defender takes a heavy touch.

He's booked and it's a promising situation for the visitors but Adam Reach's strike is well blocked.

Nothing to separate the teams at the break.

The away side have had the better of it but, as has been the case for the Baggies too much this season, they have lacked a cutting edge.

The game's best chance fell to Albion striker Callum Robinson but his shot was too close to home goalkeeper Ryan Allsop.

The subject of Derby County's finances has been headline news for months now but West Brom are not free of their own concerns.

After a near three-year absence, owner Guochuan Lai flew into the club for a brief visit earlier this month.

Having not put money into the club, it is not exactly known what his long-term intentions are but having dropped back into the Championship the season after their return to the Premier League, it is obvious West Brom are looking to bounce back immediately.

They are not being very convincing here at the moment.

Festy Ebosele is one of a few teenagers in the Rams line-up today.

He's switched to a wing-back role during the game and has shown really good pace to cut out a couple of promising situations.
