Balls into the box are going to have to be better than that against a superb keeper in Chelsea's Edouard Mendy.

There is a few hundred Equatoguinean fans in the ground as well and making as much noise as the Senegal fans. Equatorial Guinea is a neighbour of Cameroon's but despite that travelling to Yaounde is not as easy as it sounds!

Pablo Ganet's free-kick isn't great - it's straight and not near all the men in the box - and Edouard Mendy catches it.

The breakaway is something Equatorial Guinea can look to exploit as Senegal commit bodies forward, but the question for them is how much energy have they got to keep this up?

It is going to be a huge test for them and something not many of these players will have come up against before.

The contingent of Egypt fans have left the stadium and been replaced opposite me by the Senegal supporters, which includes seven topless men painted in white with a letter of the country on each of their chests with baggy trousers made from the nation's flag.

They have a dance which is a shuffle with hands thrown to the right and then the left - we are wondering at what point they take a rest.

Jesus Owono was the coolest man in Cameroon right there. He knew that free-kick was drifting wide, but Senegal will know he is inexperienced and will want to test him early.

Idrissa Gueye steps up to take the free-kick. He gets super curl onto it... but a bit too much as it glides just wide.

Referee Victor Gomes is not afraid of the limelight and likes to take control of the game. He won't take any nonsense and is not afraid to brandish a yellow or red card. Unfortunately, I have been on the receiving end of both.
