We've had 110 minutes and still there's nothing to split these two sides.
It's certainly really lacking that cup atmosphere due to the empty stadium and there's little urgency in either side's play given the circumstances.
Tottenham 3-1 Morecambe
Tottenham Hotspur
Tottenham manager Antonio Conte told BBC Sport: “Our target was to go to the next round and we won the game. For sure we struggled a lot in the first part of the game and conceded a goal from the set piece.
“We deserve to win because in these type of games you have to show your strength. They defended with 11 players and that’s normal in these games but it is important to find the right solution.”

Right, come on lads, big finish here.
A place in the FA Cup fourth round is on the line!
Tottenham 3-1 Morecambe
Morecambe first-team coach Diarmuid O'Carroll tells BBC Sport: "The boys did themselves proud and did themselves justice. Everyone would've gone home happy and they can be proud of their efforts.
"Tottenham were finding it difficult to break us down and had to bring on players of that quality (Harry Kane and Lucas Moura).
"It was a good performance and hopefully we can build on it in the league. Trevor [Carson] made some fantastic saves but he will be disappointed with the first goal, but it was just one of those things.
"It's possibly the best stadium in the world and the boys got their heads right. We missed our manager, our leader, but hopefully he will be reasonably happy with what he saw."

Feels like Cardiff are pushing harder to win this before a penalty shoot-out than the visitors are.
They are on top without dominating.
Preston skipper Daniel Johnson is limping out of the game now, with his cool penalty earning this period of extra time.
I am going to be nothing but positive until full time and the inevitable penalty shoot-out now, I promise.
Cardiff 1-1 Preston
Still level.
15 minutes left for either side to find a winner.
Cardiff 1-1 Preston
One minute of time added on at the end of the first half of extra-time.
It does feel like this one is destined to end in a penalty shootout...
Tottenham 3-1 Morecambe
Trevor Durham: We should not have had to call on Kane, Moura, Skipp to dig us out of a hole today. 3-1 in the end, but really poor from most of the starting XI. Morecambe played a good match, but still League 1. Several players need moving on.

For most of the second half they hardly got out of their own half. When you do that and you have to concentrate for that amount of time. Especially when Kane and Moura come on. I have to say I wasn't usually surprised, the big surprise was what took Conte so long to make the changes?
Morecambe would have been alright if Kane didn't come on.

Brilliant save from Daniel Iversen, he tips the ball around the post at full stretch to deny Mark Harris.
The first save of the match, in the 100th minute.
Commentator's curse.
Cardiff 1-1 Preston
I'm sensing Michael isn't quite feeling the FA Cup magic today.

So in 100 minutes of football we have seen two shots on goal.
Neither goalkeeper has made a save in this match.
Cardiff have rarely been the great entertainers this season, but this game has been so short on incident.
Can either side find an undeserved winning goal?
Hint, you need to shoot first, lads.
Cardiff 1-1 Preston
Good defending by Sean Morrison as Preston threaten on the counter.
The visitors have the chance to cause trouble from a free-kick too, but Dillon Phillips punches clear.
A reminder that the fourth-round draw is coming up within the hour.
These are the teams definitely through:

Andy Johnson: West Ham going through to fourth round with a goal that should have been offside. The magic of VAR.
Cardiff 1-1 Preston
Back under way then for extra-time. Can anyone prevent this one from going to penalties?

The only game to go to extra time eh?
I feel the hand of history on my shoulders here.

No shots on target from either side for 38 minutes in the second half after the equaliser.
30 more minutes, at least.
Joy.
