It has been pretty much all Aston Villa so far in this half, particularly since the first disallowed goal as they look to try and make up for that disappointment quickly.

Oof. Victor Lindelof is needing some treatment as he got hurt trying to prevent Ollie Watkins from tapping in.

It seems as though he will be OK to continue, though.

It has been a good response to the disallowed goal for Villa. John McGinn is at the heart of everything.

Aston Villa have another goal disallowed but no complaints over this one as Danny Ings is offside as he runs through before clipping for Ollie Watkins to tap in.

Scott McTominay blocks John McGinn's shot and Aston Villa have a corner. Douglas Luiz plays it short before Danny Ings is slipped in on the left but his low cross is gathered by David de Gea.

Man Utd 1-1 Aston Villa

There's claims of a foul inside the box but the check is for when the ball is knocked across to Danny Ings, was he offside?

John McGinn plays a blind pass backwards and hits it straight to Edinson Cavani. The forward sends Bruno Fernandes away down the left but his cross is put behind by Douglas Luiz.

The corner is half cleared by Ollie Watkins to Mason Greenwood but his low shot lacks power and Emi Martinez gathers.

No changes for either side as the second half gets under way.

I get Marcus Rashford has had injuries and he's struggling for confidence. He's done amazing work off the pitch, but it looks as though everything is a chore, as if he is not enjoying his football. That is a learning curve and there have been better signs in the first half.

It has been a very open game, plenty of chances, certainly from an Aston Villa point of view. Man Utd got the goal thanks to a wonderful ball from Fred and header by McTominay, but then Villa stepped it up a little and Buendia has found himself space, playing in the number 10 role. He's causing lots of problems
