On Harry Kane: "It is an outstanding achievement for him but we are talking about a world-class striker. I am pleased for Harry to score in this way because at the start of the season he struggled a bit and didn't score a lot and now he knows very well with this team he has great opportunities to score in every game.

"To have a striker like him makes us stronger but at the same time his feeling now is positive because he knows he will have chances."

Roberto Firmino nips in and steals it off Thomas Partey in the middle but Liverpool can't capitalise as Sadio Mane is stopped by Granit Xhaka.

Cedric Soares whips a free-kick in from the right for Arsenal but Virgil van Dijk can head it clear under little challenge.

Emile Smith Rowe gets it back for Arsenal. Granit Xhaka finds Gabriel Martinelli and he curls it INCHES past the far post. Alisson was beaten!

Kieran Tierney sends it forward. Eddie Nketiah is nudged off it by Joel Matip.

Andy Robertson does well on the left, shrugging off a few challenges before cutting inside but his pass over to Roberto Firmino is straight to Kieran Tierney.

Time running out for Arsenal, who haven't showed any signs of getting back in this. Liverpool have dropped off and look comfortable seeing it out.

Nicolas Pepe wants a free-kick on the right which he won't get. Thomas Partey goes down too but they have advantage until Pepe wins a throw-in.

Andy Robertson then whips it in but it's out for a goal kick.

Liverpool have a corner on the right. It's curled in deep by Trent Alexander-Arnold but Virgil van Dijk can only head it into the ground before it's cleared by Gabriel.

Arsenal send it long for Alexandre Lacazette but Thiago gets there first.

Granit Xhaka links up with Cedric Soares. There's an offside for Nicolas Pepe but the whistle goes after Fabinho and Jordan Henderson try to clear it together and end up sort of kicking each other.

Thomas Partey picks out Gabriel Martinelli on the left. He tries to get around Trent Alexander-Arnold but he shows him towards the byline, helped by Joel Matip and Martinelli can only run it out of play.

Joel Matip drives through down the middle, skipping past a few challenges before allowing Roberto Firmino to take over.

He eventually loses out to Thomas Partey on the edge of the box. Firmino's introduction has made a big difference. He's stringing it all together for Liverpool.
