    My goodness.

Unbelievable strike from Millie Bright who must have been 30 yards out. It cannons back off the left-hand post of stunned Birmingham keeper Marie Hourihan.

    Ipswich 0-1 West Ham

Two minutes plus added time - can Ipswich fashion a chance to force extra time?

  3. CLOSE!published at 14:19 Greenwich Mean Time 20 March 2022

    Ipswich 0-1 West Ham

    Almost game over.

Lisa Evans' cross is met by Dagny Brynjarsdottir who just gets there ahead of Ipswich keeper Sarah Quantrill but her header lands on the roof of the net.

  4. Postpublished at 14:18 Greenwich Mean Time 20 March 2022

    Man City 3-0 Everton

City just playing down the clock at the Academy Stadium. Four minutes left - they're through.

  5. CLOSE!published at 14:17 Greenwich Mean Time 20 March 2022

    Chelsea 0-0 Birmingham

    Big chance for the hosts.

Beth England breaks through and squares the ball across goal to take Birmingham keeper Marie Hourihan out of the equation but Ji So-yun, on the stretch, can only poke wide of an open goal.

A better connection on that and it was a certain goal.

Former England defender on BBC Red Button

Those moments, those what-ifs, will give Ipswich confidence and belief.

  7. Postpublished at 14:14 Greenwich Mean Time 20 March 2022

    Ipswich 0-1 West Ham

Ipswich earn their second corner of the game - the delivery is better than the first but Olivia Smith cannot direct her header on target.

The hosts threaten again as Sarah Brasero-Carreira could break clear but Gilly Flaherty covers well and snuffs out the danger.

Bit of encouragement though for Ipswich heading into the final eight minutes plus stoppage time.

  8. CLOSE!published at 14:11 Greenwich Mean Time 20 March 2022

    Chelsea 0-0 Birmingham

Close for the underdogs at Kingsmeadow as Lucy Quinn stabs a half-volley from just outside the box that lands on the roof of Ann-Katrin Berger's net.

  9. Postpublished at 14:09 Greenwich Mean Time 20 March 2022

    Ipswich 0-1 West Ham

Half a chance for West Ham as the ball drops to Dagny Brynjarsdottir on the edge of the box but she volleys over the bar.

A second Hammers goal would ice this - but while it stays 1-0 Ipswich remain in with a chance.

  10. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 14:07 Greenwich Mean Time 20 March 2022

    Ipswich 0-1 West Ham

Big blow for Ipswich as their all-time leading scorer Natasha Thomas is injured.

    Sarah Brasero-Carreira comes on.

Just over 15 minutes for her, or anyone in a blue shirt, to find an equaliser.

The experienced Gilly Flaherty comes on for West Ham, meanwhile, along with striker Tameka Yallop.

  11. 'It only takes a moment'published at 14:04 Greenwich Mean Time 20 March 2022

    Ipswich 0-1 West Ham

    Laura Bassett
Former England defender on BBC Red Button

It only takes a moment to change the outlook of the game.

Ipswich have to stay connected and keep believing.

  12. KICK-OFFpublished at 14:03 Greenwich Mean Time 20 March 2022

    Chelsea 0-0 Birmingham

We are under way at Kingsmeadow in our other quarter-final today.

  13. DOUBLE SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 14:02 Greenwich Mean Time 20 March 2022

    Ipswich 0-1 West Ham

Dagny Brynjarsdottir and Yui Hasegawa, who have about 150 international caps for Iceland and Japan between them, come off the bench to replace Lois Joel and Melisa Filis for West Ham.

That's the size of the task facing third-tier Ipswich here when the visitors can bring that quality on as subs.

  14. Postpublished at 14:00 Greenwich Mean Time 20 March 2022

    Ipswich 0-1 West Ham

No, not this time anyway. The corner fails to beat the first West Ham defender.

That's a disappointment for the hosts who need to make the most of such opportunities.

  15. Postpublished at 13:58 Greenwich Mean Time 20 March 2022

    Ipswich 0-1 West Ham

Right then, Ipswich earn a corner. I think their first of the game.

    Can they?

  16. Postpublished at 13:58 Greenwich Mean Time 20 March 2022

    Man City 3-0 Everton

Here's that backheel volley from Lauren Hemp that doubled Man City's lead earlier.

Wonderful bit of skill worth seeking out to watch it.

GOAL - Man City 3-0 Evertonpublished at 13:53 Greenwich Mean Time 20 March 2022

    Caroline Weir (61 mins)

Does Caroline Weir ever score normal goals??

The Scotland midfielder - twice nominated for the Fifa Puskas Award for most beautiful goal - pings an absolute screamer into the top corner from 25 yards.

What a strike - and that's City's place in the hat secure, surely.

  18. DOUBLE SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 13:52 Greenwich Mean Time 20 March 2022

    Ipswich 0-1 West Ham

Surely, at some point, Ipswich are going to get 'that moment'. Will they able to be take advantage of it?

They win a free-kick on halfway although they might have preferred the advantage to be played.

Mexico international Silvana Flores and Eloise King replace Bonnie Horwood and Kyra Robertson.

  19. Postpublished at 13:49 Greenwich Mean Time 20 March 2022

    Ipswich 0-1 West Ham

Another good save from Sarah Quantrill who was Ipswich's heroine in the penalty shootout win over Southampton in the previous round.

Claudia Walker does well to bring a fierce cross under control and she tries to whip a reverse finish past Quantrill on the turn but the keeper gets down excellently to thwart the shot with a strong right hand.

  20. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 13:48 Greenwich Mean Time 20 March 2022

    Man City 2-0 Everton

Everton bring on former City forward Claire Emslie for Nathalie Bjorn in a bid to shake things up.
