Sutton have been sent into an absolute frenzy after that second goal. This time it's at their end and they get to celebrate with their captain and goal scorer.
This game is swinging like a pendulum and again the nerves and frustration are coming through in the Rotherham end as they find themselves behind for a second time.
Feels like there are a few more twists to come in this one.
Birmingham 0-0 West Brom
Tahith Chong has struggled with a groin problem this season and he's limping off through injury here for Birmingham.
Taylor Richards is on in his place.
Birmingham 0-0 West Brom
We have all sorts of little tags for posts, like 'Goal' or 'Hits the woodwork'. We could do with a 'Hit the target' one here.
Juninho Bacuna of Birmingham City gets the prize for doing so for the first time at St Andrew's this afternoon. Fifty-two minutes, reckons my colleague Ged Scott.
Tahith Chong is down injured receiving treatment right now. No one wants a stoppage. No one wants this to go on longer than it should.
Sutton 2-1 Rotherham
David Ajiboye has been involved in both goals for Sutton with excellent service from the right.
Will Randall doing similarly too, with Richard Wood desperately clearing for Rotherham.
Mickel Miller then gets away down the right for Rotherham but his shot spoons up and away for a corner.
Birmingham 0-0 West Brom
Neil Etheridge has to cope with a wicked backpass under pressure from Karlan Grant after Marc Roberts handed him a hospital pass.
Birmingham almost creating their own problems there. Etheridge responded very well.
Craig Eastmond (48 mins)
Wow. Big goal from Craig Eastmond as Sutton wrest the lead.
Just a few moments ago a lovely bit of play saw Ben Wiles get in and nearly score for Rotherham, and they threatened again but good work in midfield snapped the ball up for Sutton.
Great work down the right saw the ball fired across into the box, and Eastmond's initial shot was blocked.
But, he responds to the rebound brilliantly, firing coolly beyond Viktor Johansson. Cold as ice.
Birmingham 0-0 West Brom; Sutton 1-1 Rotherham
Right, here we go.
Last team talk for the two West Midlands rivals, likewise down at Wembley where Sutton and Rotherham are set to slug it out for the cup.
Big 45s in the second city, and down in the capital.

Finely poised and all square at half-time, this is shaping up to be a cracking second half in this cup final at Wembley.
There's a great atmosphere here with both sets of fans really getting behind their teams and both have had something to cheer.
Sutton's opener from Donovan Wilson was a massive moment for the club - who were only promoted to the English Football League for the first time in the summer.
And Ben Wiles' Di Matteo-esque equaliser for the Millers was one to savour.
Both managers' half-time team talks will be very different after that 42nd-minute goal and this crowd will expect more goals.
Extra time and penalties if it's level at full-time remember...

Forty-five minutes have come and gone at St Andrew's - and it's fair to say that this game is still to be set alight. "The most un-derby derby I've ever seen," was the half-time verdict of one seasoned local sage, stifling a yawn as he said it.
To be fair, it's Blues who look the slightly more likely of the two teams to spark the blue touch paper. But let's hope and pray it gets better in the second half.
The only one sure-fire guarantee is that it cannot get any worse. Neither side has managed an effort on target. And, of the four shots that have been attempted, the last of them from Karlan Grant actually went the wrong side of the corner flag.
There are 17,936 fans here. 1,874 of them from the Black Country. Most of them will be very, very relieved to have heard the half-time whistle.

The final ball needs to be better from Albion. I'm sure Steve Bruce will be pleased with the effort and commitment of his players.
I'm sure he will be saying more of the same.
I think Albion's best chance of scoring will be through Karlan Grant so they need to look to get him into the game.

It's been congested in that middle area and Blues have not been able to get their ball players on the ball.
One v one battles are always crucial in derby games and that's why Albion have just about shaded that first half.
Sutton 1-1 Rotherham; Birmingham 0-0 West Brom
Half-time across the board.
All square in both, but fair to say a bit more went on down at Wembley in the opening 45.
Sutton 1-1 Rotherham
Michael Smith forces a save from Sutton keeper Dean Bouzanis, striking the ball across as it curled in from Chiedozie Ogbene.
He was well-placed in the Sutton goal.
Sutton press at the other end, a set-piece is whipped in toward Joe Kizzi, but big Joshua Kayode nods it behind.
Corner for Sutton.

The Rotherham fans have just exploded into life, that was an absolute scorcher from Ben Wiles! He unleashes a dipping, curling effort from miles out and it kisses the crossbar before nestling in the back of the net.
All of a sudden this is all Rotherham as we head into first-half stoppage time and the groans and grumbles in the stands have been replaced by cheers.
Birmingham 0-0 West Brom
Birmingham drive forward down the right, Kyle Bartley doesn't quite get it clear and Scott Hogan hits the box.
He tries to find Krystian Pedersen in the area, who does take a touch but eventually the Baggies smother the Dane and snuff out the threat.
Ben Wiles (42 mins)
What a ripper. Well worthy of the setting.
Ben Wiles digs it out of his feet from about 20 yards out and thrashes it in off the bar to bring Rotherham level at Wembley.
It arrowed in. The Millers went direct and got their reward. Joshua Kayode used his strength to hold the ball up, touched off to Wiles, who brushed aside team-mate Ollie Rathbone to take control and take the strike on.
Rocket.

That was the best passage of play by Blues during this game.
It was the first time Tahith Chong had some grass in front of him to run into.
Sutton 1-0 Rotherham
Rotherham work the ball to Chiedozie Ogbene on the edge of the Sutton box, but he bends the shot well wide on his left foot.
Was shaping to curl it into the far corner, but it was a wee bit wild.
Birmingham 0-0 West Brom
Great defending from Semi Ajayi for West Brom who shuttles across to close down Tahith Chong, after a cultured dink by Lyle Taylor picked him out on the left of the box.
If Ajayi hadn't got there, the Dutchman would have had a chance to get the shot away but he did. Baggies grateful.
Bit more adventurous from the Blues.
