Exeter City 0-1 Port Vale
Exeter City finish second and Port Vale are in the play-offs.
A win for the home side would have given them the title but they were already promoted before today.
Vale go into the play-offs for the first time since 1992-93!
Mansfield 2-2 Forest Green
Forest Green are League Two champions.
Mansfield secure their pace in the play-offs.
Barrow 1-3 Northampton
Northampton will be in the play-offs, despite starting the day in third and winning.
Unless, unless Scunthorpe can pull a late goal back against Bristol Rovers when that game restarts.
They're off the pitch there at the moment after a mass pitch invasion.
Bristol Rovers 7-0 Scunthorpe United
Joey Barton has been out pleading with the home fans to get back to the stand and let the players see out this match.
We haven't seen the ball touched since that seventh goal went in 10 minutes ago.
Bristol Rovers and Northampton both have a goal difference of 22 but Rovers would be promoted on goals scored, which stands at 71 to Northampton's 60.
Exeter City 0-1 Port Vale
Exeter win a late corner and goalkeeper Cameron Dawson goes up as they look for a goal that would give them the title.
Absolute scenes at the top of the league and there’s plenty of excitement lower down the table as well.
Elliott List has scored a fourth for Stevenage, who now lead Salford 4-2 in a cracking final-day game.
Oldham and Crawley are playing out a gripping draw in another six-goal thriller.
Bradford lead Carlisle by 2-0, Sutton lead Harrogate by the same scoreline – it’s not going to be enough for the U’s to reach the play-offs in their first ever Football League season.
Rochdale still lead Newport by one goal to nil as we near full-time on an epic closing day in the EFL.
Barrow 1-3 Northampton
MY WORD.
Northampton goalkeeper Liam Roberts is sent off for handling outside the area!
Forward Danny Rose has gone in nets.
Bristol Rovers 7-0 Scunthorpe
Both sets of players have currently been taken off the pitch and the match suspended as the stewards try to clear the hundreds of home fans that have jumped the barriers and run onto the field.
This should be a time for the fans and players to see out the match and celebrate. The last time Bristol Rovers scored seven goals in a game was way back in 1964.

Four minutes of time added on.
Can Northampton find a fourth goal?
Barrow 1-3 Northampton
Paul Farman makes a superb save to deny Sam Hoskins as the Cobblers push for a fourth!
What an afternoon this is!
Barrow 1-3 Northampton

Into the final five minutes at Holker Street...
Elliot Anderson (85 mins)
SEVEN!! BRISTOL ROVERS HAVE SCORED SEVEN!
They really have pulled off the remarkable and matched the deficit to move about Northampton and into the automatic promotion places, for the first and most important days of the season.
Elliot Anderson sends Rovers into seventh heaven with a header as loads of home fans pile onto the pitch.
Barrow 1-3 Northampton
Robbie Gotts flashes a shot past the post for the home side!
A Barrow goal would have put Bristol Rovers up instead of Northampton.
Josh March (80 mins)
Goodness, what an afternoon we're having.
Seconds after Mansfield go back into the lead, substitute Josh March draws Forest Green level again immediately after coming on.
March might not have scored a more important goal all season.
Jordan Bowery (78 mins)
Jordan Bowery taps in from a cross to put Mansfield back ahead - and throw the title race back open - but wait, there's another twist...
Isaac Olaofe (78 mins)
Sutton lead 2-0 thanks to Isaac Olaofe's goal but it wont be enough for a play-off spot.
Bradford 2-0 Carlisle
Joe Thompson
Former Rochdale and Tranmere midfielder on Squad Goals
Bradford have won their last two games so Mark Hughes is getting a strong finish and will be taking the positives into next season.
I'm sure there'll be much change, players out of contract and certain players he wants to get in, I'm sure he'll be having those conversations already.
Can they get to the heights where they want to be and where their fans expect them to be?
Barrow 1-3 Northampton
How are your nerves Northampton Town fans?!
