Jack Marriott (85 mins)
Where has this performance come from?!
Harrison Burrows has his second assist of the game and Jack Marriott gets in on the action with his ninth goal of the campaign.
It's a great end to a pretty miserable season for the Posh, while Blackpool can't wait for that final whistle.
Kristian Pederson (78 mins)
The hosts are back in it!
Kristian Pederson links up with Jordan James down Blues' left-hand side, before getting the ball black and finishing well.
There's still time, can they complete the comeback?
Andre Gray (80 mins)
Finally we have something to shout about down in south Wales!
It's come from the away side, however, as Ilias Chair - who has been QPR's most creative player by far, gets in behind the Swans defence.
The Hoops are two-on-one against the keeper and Chair squares the ball for Andre Gray to tap into an empty net for probably has last goal for the club.
It'll be a nice send-off for Mark Warburton if his side can hang on for victory in his final game.
Kieffer Moore (81 mins)
That's probably Millwall's already-tiny play-off chances over.
Kieffer Moore surely has the best minutes-to-goal ratio of any player in the Championship this season?
Having been the hero of the night midweek when Bournemouth secured their promotion, 11 minutes after coming on from the bench the Welshman puts the Cherries ahead again, this time in a one-on-one with Bartosz Bialkowski.
Luton 1-0 Reading
Luton bring on veteran Robert Snodgrass for Allan Campbell as they look to just see this out.
Results elsewhere mean that even if they don't hold out here they'll be finishing sixth.
Emil Riis (74 mins penalty)
And that will surely be that for Middlesbrough whose afternoon has tanked southwards from bad, to really bad, to the absolute worst.
Not only has the referee pointed to the spot after Paddy McNair handballed a shot from Cameron Archer, the Northern Irishman was then shown a red card and sent off meaning Boro will see out the season with 10 men.
Emil Riis stepped up to take the penalty and calmly slotted it into the bottom right corner for his second, and Preston's fourth, of the day.
Swansea 0-0 QPR

Joel Piroe has been substituted by Swansea boss Russell Martin, which is somewhat surprising given that his team are looking for a goal.
The question now is whether the 24-goal striker will still be a Swansea player when the 2022-23 season being in August.
Martin admitted this week that players are likely to be sold this summer - and it would be a surprise if Piroe does not attract the attention of rival clubs.
Very little has changed in this second half.
At the moment it'll be Luton v Huddersfield and Sheffield United v Nottingham Forest in the play-off semi-finals.
Tasty.
Preston North End 3-1 Middlesbrough
With Luton and Sheffield United both winning, Middlesbrough's hopes of reaching the play-offs are over regardless of whether or not they win.
Still, they need three goals to give themselves any slim chance and Chris Wilder has made a hat-trick of substitutions in the hope of sparking something into life.
Folarin Balogun, with his first touches really since coming on, had two chances as good as you think Boro will get. The first hit Daniel Iversen and his second went high over the bar. Sums up their afternoon, really.
Sammie Szmodics (70 mins)
Copy + paste!
Sammie Szmodics has two goals in eight minutes and he couldn't miss this one.
Harrison Burrows plays a great ball across the face of goal and Szmodics is there to smash it home.
It's turning into a great curtain call for Posh as they wave goodbye to the Championship. They're putting on a clinic for their fans!

It's the Nathan Jones factor. Having that stability, he's such an inspiring character, I don't know how you couldn't be fired up and wanting to perform for him.

EnderCreeper138: What a raise from Luton. I remember going to watch a game when they were in the National League. Now, they are possibly three games from the Premier League. What a job Nathan Jones has done.
Luton look to be play-off bound now.

West Brom 4-0 Barnsley
Some crumb of comfort for Barnsley? Maybe, I guess.
Jack Walton stops Karlan Grant bagging his hat-trick with a fine save from his penalty.
Grant scored a penalty in the first half to get the home side off and running in this.
Luton 1-0 Reading
The away side come close to a leveller.
Michael Morrison gets his head on Josh Laurent's clipped ball to the back stick by Matt Ingram saves at his near post.
Bournemouth 0-0 Millwall
A bit of drama at the Vitality Stadium as Bournemouth get the ball in the back of the net through Emiliano Marcondes, but the linesman had his flag held up for offside.
Sheff Utd 4-0 Fulham
It's 43 and out for Championship record goalscorer Aleksandar Mitrovic.
He's replaced by Rodrigo Muniz for the away side.
If you'd like to hear about other players getting to 43 and out then we've got live text coverage of the County Championship here.
Sammie Szmodics (62 mins)
Posh might be going down but they're going down swinging.
They're two up now and it comes from a beautiful dinked pass through by Ricky-Jade Jones, which plays through Sammie Szmodics and he makes no mistake.
As it stands Peterborough are going to finish top of the relegated league - does that give them bragging rights?
Karlan Grant (60 mins)
Two for Karlan Grant, four for West Brom and one miserable season for relegated Barnsley.
It's a lovely dinked finish from the Baggies striker.

Stephen Hutchings: Huddersfield and Luton in the play-off mix is some achievement
Great effort from those two underdogs this season and they'll play each other for a place at Wembley, as it stands.
