    A really, really good goal [for Chelsea's equaliser]. Reece James had to execute that pass. It's just a delightful little dink into the far post. It was around the edge of the six-yard box where Alonso was running on to it.

    Perfect timing and Alonso has got that technique of a left-foot and volleyed into Kasper Schmeichel's near post. It's the first real opportunity they've had at goal.

    Everton boss Frank Lampard called this game "all or nothing" and after that first half, he has one of the most important team talks to give of his managerial career.

    Many fans will highlight what was arguably the turning point where Jordan Ayew avoided a red card and then shortly afterwards scored the second goal. But the gulf between the two sides has been vast.

    Everton have been dreadful all season and deserve to go down , how they have managed to waste £500m and only have one or two players worth keeping is beyond belief. Maybe we need to go down to clear out all the overpaid spoiled average players we have. Sad times.

    It’s not the players, it’s not the refs or VAR, clubs not doing well this season are doing so because of this horrendous fashion of hiring ex players with absolutely no management experience and putting them in a high pressure job. Hopefully it stops soon coz it hasn’t worked for any of them.
