It's been very bitty. Wednesday can't get any flow into the game and it's Sunderland who are showing more composure on the ball.

Lee Gregory has scored in each of his last four home League One appearances for Sheffield Wednesday, netting once in each game.

He had only scored four in the other 12 home games this season.

The last player to score in five consecutive home League One appearances for Wednesday was Gary Madine in October 2011.

Gregory has just been caught offside from a long ball.

Good play by Ross Stewart to win the ball off a Wednesday defender and then win a corner. Sunderland send the big lads up.

Ross Stewart has scored 25 goals in League One for Sunderland this season, including four against Sheffield Wednesday.

He netted a hat-trick in their game in December and the only goal in the first leg.

The last player to score five times against one team in a League One season was Ricky Holmes for Charlton against Shrewsbury Town in 2016-17.

Can he find a breakthrough today?

Sunderland have completed the first half in the perfect way, getting the boos going around the ground.

That transfers to the pitch and the players start playing the occasion rather than the game. They're getting sucked in.

There is a long way to go yet but Wednesday have to come out with a calmness. They have to regroup and in the second half they need to play with more calmness rather than at 100mph.
