We have lift off at Pride Park - and it's the big name summer signing who's made the difference!

Conor Hourihane finds the net with a fine left-footed finish from the edge of the box.

Derby fans must've waited so long to let that emotion out, and they now lead Oxford.

Shout-out to Michael Flynn's Walsall, who have just gone 4-0 up against Hartlepool - striker Danny Johnson completing his hat-trick a week after joining on loan from Mansfield.

Elsewhere, Stockport have brought it back to 3-2 at home to Barrow, having trailed 3-0 at the break. They certainly have the momentum now.

  9. PENALTY: Hull City 1-1 Bristol Citypublished at 16:33 British Summer Time 30 July 2022

    Ozan Tufan (72 mins)

This is surely going to be a talking point after full-time, as the referee awards a debatable penalty to Hull City, which Orzan Tufan puts away to get his side back level with 20 minutes to go.

Kal Naismith dives in and takes down Benjamin Tetteh, who was on the verge of taking a shot at goal. There doesn't seem to be a huge amount of contact but the referee pointed quickly to the spot.

Turfan doesn't miss the chance to get his side a goal.

  10. RED CARD (Cardiff)published at 16:32 British Summer Time 30 July 2022

    Cardiff 1-0 Norwich

Cardiff may be ahead but they're going to have to see this out with 10 men as Perry Ng is sent off for a second yellow.

Steve Morison instantly brings on centre-back Curtis Nelson to shore things up - Norwich will now throw everything at this.

The pendulum swings again and Portsmouth lead for the first time at Sheffield Wednesday - summer signing Colby Bishop putting Pompey 3-2 up.

And talking of comebacks - Grant McCann's triple half-time change has paid dividends as Peterborough's Jonson Clarke-Harris has made it 2-2 at Cheltenham, having been two-down at the break.

    Cardiff 1-0 Norwich

    Mark Walton
Former Norwich keeper on BBC Radio Norfolk

It was a bad foul on Teemu Pukki.

Andrew Omobamidele pushes Perry Ng to the floor and then everybody's in.

There are so many people involved that most of them will probably get away with it.

Indeed, a few yellow cards are handed out but nothing more than that. It certainly got ugly.

    Charlie Cresswell (65 mins)

What a debut Charlie Cresswell is having for Millwall!

The 19-year-old doubles his tally for the afternoon and puts Millwall 2-0 up, with another storming header from a set-piece.

This time, it's a corner from Scott Malone that comes into the box which Cresswell leaps up onto and heads into the net.

    Swansea should lead!

Republic of Ireland international Michael Obafemi can't convert after some great work from Joel Piroe.

You know it's bad when even the club's Twitter feed are calling it a sitter.

Ipswich coming out for the second half really fried up. Two good saves by Trafford to keep the scores level at 1-1.

Then sheer persistence by Dion Charles as he almost grabbed a second for Wanderers. Decent contest this.

Derby County come mightily close to an opener at a raucous Pride Park!

  18. HITS THE WOODWORKpublished at 16:19 British Summer Time 30 July 2022

    Hull City 0-1 Bristol City

Big let-off for Bristol City, as Ozan Tufan hits the post for Hull as they try and get themselves back on level terms.

Hull break into Bristol City's 18 yard box and Jean Michael Seri pulls off a canny dummy, before setting up Tufan.

Yet while his right-footed shot curls towards goal, it smacks away off the post.
