Matt, London
Fulham 2-2 Liverpool
Aleksandar Mitrovic does well to hold the ball up, ease the pressure on Fulham and get them up the pitch.
A Liverpool player then helps him stretch a bit of cramp out of his legs. The Serbia striker has worked his socks off today and is named BT Sport's man of the match.

Five minutes to come folks... will there be a winner at Craven Cottage?

Writing Liverpool off after 45 mins against a good side in a difficult fixture? Oh dear. Have some perspective. At least let the Reds do their bit in the second half.

Been a cracking game so far. Will there be one more twist in the first early kick-off of the new Premier League season?

The way Fulham have approached this game is for me always the way to play against teams like Liverpool and City. Press them all over the park and don't let them settle. I don't know why other teams don't do this more often.

Well worked goal for Liverpool.
Nunez does really well again, gets himself in position, causes a lot of bother for the Fulham defence.
I don't think he means to lay the ball off, it hits him and falls to Salah, who finishes.
Fulham 2-2 Liverpool
That's the sixth straight season that Mohamed Salah has scored on the opening day.
It's also his 158th goal for Liverpool, putting him level with Michael Owen in eighth place on the club's all-time scorers list.
Fulham 2-2 Liverpool
After being so organised for most of the game, the Fulham defence is a bit of a mess here and Liverpool make them pay.
The Reds break and lift it towards the penalty spot. Defender Tim Ream can only help it on with his head, and although Darwin Nunez can't quite latch onto it, it falls for Mohamed Salah to smash it home from close range.
Fulham 2-1 Liverpool
Oh, a Trent Alexander-Arnold corner is cleared as far as Fabio Carvalho, who volleys over from just inside the box.
The teenager nearly scored with his first touch!
Fulham 2-1 Liverpool
Jurgen Klopp makes his fourth change, and it's summer signing Fabio Carvalho replacing Luis Diaz to make his Liverpool league debut against his former club.
Bournemouth v Aston Villa (15:00 BST)
Bournemouth fans will get a first look at new £10m signing Marcus Tavernier, as the former Middlesbrough midfielder goes straight into Scott Parker's starting line up.
Dominic Solanke, who sealed a four-year extension with the Cherries until the summer of 2026 earlier this week, will be alongside him.
Bournemouth XI: Travers, Kelly, Mepham, Lerma, Solanke, Smith, Tavernier, Moore, Pearson, Billing, Zemura.
Substitutes: Dennis, Cook, Christie, Marconde, Stacey, Stanislas, Dembele, Hill, Anthony.
Aston Villa boss Steven Gerrard also hands debuts to his fresh recruits, with centre-back Diego Carlos and French midfielder Boubacar Kamara getting an introduction to the Premier League on the opening weekend.
Playmaker Philippe Coutinho, who turned his loan spell at Villa Park into a permanent move in May, also starts.
Aston Villa XI: Martinez, Cash, Carlos, Konsa, McGinn, Ings, Coutinho, Digne, Bailey, Ramsey, Kamara.
Substitutes: Olsen, Mings, Luiz, Buendia, Watkins, Chambers, Augustinsson, Young, Archer.

Jesse Marsch names four of his summer signings in his first Leeds starting XI of 2022-23, with Rasmus Kristensen, Tyler Adams, Marc Roca and Brendan Aaronson all included.
Dane Kristensen is at right-back, Spaniard Roca will partner Adams in midfield and the latter's fellow American Aaronson will look to be a menace further forward in one of three attacking midfield roles.
Another new signing, Luis Sinisterra, misses out through a hamstring injury suffered in pre-season. The Whites are also without Adam Forshaw, Luke Ayling, Junior Firpo and Stuart Dallas, while Dan James is suspended. With Firpo missing, Pascal Struijk will play at left-back.
Patrick Bamford starts in attack, having missed much of last season through injury.
Wolves are without the injured Raul Jimenez, who suffered a knee problem during a pre-season friendly with Besiktas. He is expected to miss the first few weeks of the campaign.
Hwang Hee-Chan does start, with Pedro Neto and Daniel Podence alongside him in attack.
There is no Joao Moutinho in midfield after he picked up an injury in training.
Morgan Gibbs-White, who is reportedly wanted by newly-promoted Nottingham Forest, has a chance to impress in midfield.
Nathan Collins, signed this summer from Burnley, partners Maximilian Kilman in the centre of what looks like a back four, with Conor Coady on the bench.

Brilliant goal from Mitrovic, great finish. The penalty was cool, calm. Enormous amount of pressure on him.
Alisson waits for it, goes the right way but Mitrovic puts it so far into the corner, with pace. Alisson had no chance.
Tottenham v Southampton (15:00 BST)
There's a familiar look to the Tottenham side that kicks off the season, with no new signings included in Antonio Conte's starting XI, although Ivan Perisic, Yves Bissouma, Clement Lenglet, Fraser Forster and Djed Spence all make the bench.
Tottenham XI: Lloris, Romero, Dier, Davies, Royal, Sessegnon, Hojbjerg, Bentancur, Kulusevski, Son, Kane.
Southampton hand debuts to new arrivals Gavin Bazunu and Romeo Lavia, who both joined from Manchester City, as well as Joe Aribo after his summer move from Rangers.
Southampton XI: Bazunu, Walker-Peters, Bednarek, Salisu, Valery, Romeu, Ward-Prowse, Lavia, Aribo, Djenepo, Armstrong.
Newcastle v Nottingham Forest (15:00 BST)
Nick Pope starts in goal for Newcastle, but fellow summer signing Sven Botman has to make do with a place on the bench as Eddie Howe opts for Fabian Schar and Dan Burn in central defence.
Miguel Almiron also features in the Magpies’ starting XI after finding the net six times in pre-season.
Newcastle XI: Pope, Trippier, Schar, Joelinton, Wilson, Saint-Maximin, Targett, Almiron, Willock, Burn, Guimaraes
Subs: Dubravka, Botman, Lascelles, Ritchie, Wood, Fraser, Murphy, Anderson, Longstaff
Steve Cooper names six of Nottingham Forest’s summer signings in his line-up, including Jesse Lingard, Dean Henderson and Neco Williams.
Former Huddersfield duo Lewis O’Brien and Harry Toffolo are also handed starting berths, as is ex-Mainz man Moussa Niakhate.
Nottingham Forest XI: Henderson, Worrall, Williams, Colback, Lingard, O’Brien, Toffolo, Surridge, Niakhate, Johnson, McKenna
Subs: Hennessey, Biancone, Mangala, Soh, Awoniyi, Mighten, Cafu, Taylor, Hammond
Right, on the back of that blockbuster, time to get some team news ahead of today's four 15:00 BST Premier League kick-offs...
Fulham 2-1 Liverpool
Wow, not many people do this to Virgil van Dijk.
Aleksandar Mitrovic runs at the Liverpool defender and gets him backing up into his own box.
Mitrovic shifts the ball to the other side of the Dutch international and he dangles out his right leg. Van Dijk doesn't get the ball but does get some of Mitrovic and the referee immediately points to the penalty spot.
It's Mitrovic who'll take the spot-kick and he holds his nerve to sidefoot the ball into the bottom-right corner and put Fulham back in front.
