  1. FULL-TIME Motherwell 1-2 St Johnstonepublished at 16:52 British Summer Time 6 August 2022

Never write the Saints off. They're dogged, all right. Stevie May's late, late finish snatches it for the visitors after Motherwell levelled in stoppage time.

Jamie Murphy gave St Johnstone a deserved lead with a well-taken finish in the first half. Motherwell threw everything at them, but after a long spell of profligacy, Sondre Solholm Johansen looked to have earned them a point.

But up stepped May, latching on to a flick in the box, to win it in the 94th minute. It's St Johnstone's first victory of the league season, and it's being raucously celebrated by the away fans.

The winger spins on the ball and sends it into the back of the net with an impressive, curling effort.

    Stevie May

Chaos. Utter chaos. Two stoppage-time goals, and St Johnstone have surely snatched it.

From a St Johnstone corner, the ball is cleared initially, then flighted back in. Motherwell don't deal with it, and a flick-on finds Stevie May with the goal at his mercy.

The replacement stabs it home to sheer delirium in the away end. What a finish.

    Sondre Solholm Johansen

Wow! A stoppage-time leveller for Motherwell.

It's the big Norwegian, Sondre Solholm Johansen, who leaps to meet a Sean Goss corner and bobble his header into the far corner.

That's huge for Steven Hammell and his team.

    Aberdeen 3-1 St Mirren

Aberdeen will play the final few minutes with ten men as substitute Callum Roberts goes off injured.

They've only used four subs, but they came at three separate occasions - none of which were half-time - meaning Jim Goodwin's hands are tied.

    What a debut!

Jenz meets it and glances it past a helpless Ross Laidlaw.
