Brentford boss Thomas Frank tells Sky Sports: "We are looking forward to playing at home, we try to make this a fortress and know it is a difficult place for opponents to come it.

"Keane Lewis-Potter has a minor injury and hopefully out for not too long.

"They were top of the league before this round, they are the team in form just behind Manchester City, they have been fantastic but we believe massively in ourselves. If we are brave, aggressive, we have a great chance.

"Ivan Toney is never short of confidence, he has done fantastic and is an important player for us."

Mikel Arteta has been named Premier League Manager of the Month for August.

Arsenal won all five league matches last month, beating Crystal Palace, Leicester, Bournemouth, Fulham and Aston Villa.

The Gunners finished the month top of the table after scoring 13 goals and conceding only four.

It is the third time Arteta has won the award, this time finishing ahead of Antonio Conte, Pep Guardiola, Graham Potter and Marco Silva.

Mikel Arteta says Ivan Toney's career "is a great story" as he prepares his side to come up against the latest addition to Gareth Southgate's England squad.

Toney was called up on Thursday for the forthcoming Nations League fixtures against Italy and Germany after five goals and two assists in his opening six games.

"I cannot think of stories like this that have been so successful in Spain," said Arteta, of Toney's sojourn through the divisions with Northampton and Peterborough after being sold by Newcastle.

"It's about showing consistency, quality and belief and that it can happen at any age. It shows that opportunities are open for everybody."

Toney's trajectory has been echoed by Brentford, whose rise through the divisions to becoming a Premier League force has been just as impressive.

"The clarity and vision of the club and how they have executed it deserves a lot of credit," said Arteta.

"Thomas and his staff have done an incredible job and they are constantly evolving.

"We are very aware of how difficult it will be to beat them."

The schoolboy is an attacking midfielder who was born in March 2007.

He has already made a number of appearances for Arsenal at Under-18 level and, aged 14, played for England Under-16s.
