Pascal: Ridiculous to suggest Gabriel should be dropped. There is a reason Arsenal’s defence has been rock solid, and his partnership with Saliba has been fantastic. People seem to notice an error or two he makes and totally forget the blocks, and clearances he makes.

Jesus will get on the scoresheet, no doubt about it. Eventually, if he keeps putting himself in the positions he has this afternoon, the goal will come and from that point on, there will probably be a whole host of them.

The team has been exceptional. Shootout to Reiss Nelson who came on as an early substitute and got two goals and an assist. Everything that's happened for Arsenal has come through Thomas Partey.

Arsenal are still in the hunt for more.

Gabriel Jesus' shot is blocked before Thomas Partey fires way over.

    Oh, so close to 6-0!

Ben White glances on a header from a corner and Gabriel Jesus is a yard out and ready to poke in. Steve Cook does enough to put the striker off and wide the ball goes.

Bob: Think Forest need to buy another new team, again, they are awful.

Richard: Forest have now conceded 20 goals in the 5 games Renan Lodi has started, and this afternoon isn’t finished yet. Cooper under pressure to pick the big name signings?

Anon: I wonder if Dean Henderson wishes that he'd gone to Newcastle.

What a brilliant finish from Odegaard! Great link up between him and Jesus. Everything good comes from those two. He rifles it into the top corner. Another fabulous goal by Arsenal who are in flowing form.

No matter how little space he's got, he always finds a way out of trouble. He is a fantastic player, a man that I thoroughly enjoy watching.

The visitors are still plugging away, though.

Brennan Johnson is sliding in at the back post but Kieran Tierney stops him making contact. It is a corner to Forest, but they can't make anything of it.

    Five!

Another slick, ruthless Arsenal move ends with Gabriel Jesus being found on the edge of the box, his simple pass finding Martin Odegaard and the Norwegian finding the top corner with a rifled shot.

Farid: Gabriel is prone to fatal errors. Today we got lucky. Mikel Arteta's persistence to start him forces two excellent Arsenal defenders, White and Tomiyasu, to play out of position while a third, Tierney, to be wasted on the bench.

Will be fun to see the Maguire and Martinez combo again. They have only managed to ship 6 goals in 2 games when playing together so far this season. The team has come a long way since then though and Maguire will want to put a few good performances in before the World Cup.

Daniel: Happy for Nelson. Been in and out of the team but finally getting an opportunity. Saka could do with some competition and someone to share the workload with as he can't play every single game.

David: Could that be the spark which lights Reiss Nelson's fire?
