We all know how good Tottenham are on the counter-attack but they have not really got it right this evening.

When Sporting have left themselves exposed Tottenham have been a bit sloppy or not really chosen the right option. It must be frustrating for Antonio Conte, knowing how good Spurs have been on the counter so far this season.

There are 25 minutes to go. Neither side has made a change yet. Could a bit of inspiration from the bench provide the impetus?

It was a bit of sloppiness by Richarlison, when Tottenham lost the ball Sporting attacked quickly and Rodrigo Bentancur decided to make the foul and take the yellow card.
