Ryan Duncan
Game over.
It's a beauty from 18-year-old Ryan Duncan, who picks up possession on the right-hand side, drops a shoulder and drills his shot into the far corner beyond Jamie Sneddon.

Quote MessageGio will want that second goal as quickly as he can. It takes the pressure off, off the supporters as well. The atmosphere is just milling around the stadium at the moment and a goal will break that.

The goal from Thistle has certainly lifted the spirits of the players and travelling fans inside Pittodrie.

After the early concession, it seemed inevitable that Rangers would ease to a very comfortable evening.
They have been well on top there's no doubt but this is cup football and Dundee will eventually have a go if they're still in with a shout.
Joe Grayson's shot just off target was a timely reminder.

FT: Motherwell 0-4 Celtic
Motherwell boss Steven Hammell told BBC Scotland: "It's a tough one. I felt we came up against a good team in a good moment just now.
"Losing the goal before half-time, you don't need to be an expert to know it changes things.
"Unfortunately again we've conceded a couple of really poor goals. You talk about systems and formations and styles, but individually the goals we lose are very avoidable.
"We've got no time to feel sorry for ourselves. We need to reflect, learn and move on quickly.
"Our home form needs to pick up and that puts even more emphasis on how important the game is on Saturday [against Aberdeen]."
Aberdeen 3-1 Partick Thistle
Aberdeen substitute Christian Ramirez is denied a magnificent goal by Jamie Sneddon.
The striker lets fly from 25 yards and his shot looks destined for the back of the net, but Sneddon is at full stretch to turn it round the post.
FT: Motherwell 0-4 Celtic
Celtic manager Ange Postecoglou told BBC Scotland: "I thought we were good tonight. In cup games away from home the opposition can sense they could upset us by taking the game to us.
"I thought the way Motherwell set up they really tried to be aggressive in terms of pressing us when we tried to play out from the back.
"I just thought we handled it really well and once we played through their press we created good opportunities and could have finished the game off a bit earlier. But overall, really pleased."

Quote MessageDundee have been dragged side to side. They've defended to a man, 100%. It's been a long first half for them.
It's been one-way traffic at Rangers but the hosts are just one goal in front thanks to Steven Davis.
Darren Brownlie
