Sometimes those lunchtime kick-offs can disappoint but that certainly wasn't the case today - well, unless you are a Burnley fan.

It was a really good game. I thought both sides showed how good they are. For me it's the best two teams in the division.
For an hour Burnley gave as good as they got, but it came down to those set-plays - the keeper looked all over the shop from every set-piece and long throw.
The scoreline probably flatters Sheffield United but it doesn't matter how many you lose by - Burnley's unbeaten run is gone.

Burnley stay top but this has been a painful day for Vincent Kompany's men and one to savour for the home side.
The Clarets led 2-1 at the break through Manuel Benson's double and the league leaders looked set to be going nine points clear of the third-placed Blades but they have been WALLOPED in this second half.
Two for Oli McBurnie and one apiece for Anel Ahmedhodzic and Jack Robinson, added to Iliman Ndiaye's first half goal, mean the Blades go second and to within three points of the Clarets.
Just a second defeat of the season for Burnley and first since 12 August.
What a start to the day.

Before we said it could be one game too many for Burnley, but I don't think we expected this.
Burnley have been getting away with it the last few weeks - managing to save games - but today the tiredness, they've been beaten up physically and mentally.
If you're going to lose your unbeaten run you might as well lose it in style!

You would say that's game over - Burnley haven't had the energy and have succumbed to the pressure - they've not been able to handle it.

The cross in isn't dealt with and the second ball lands to talented defender Anel Ahmedhodzic and, moments after his header was denied, he makes no mistake with his feet, lashing home a fierce effort from six yards out.

His low shot has the power but not the precision and Arijanet Muric keeps it out.
The corner is then swung in for Anel Ahmedhodzic and Muric does superbly to flick it over the bar.

Sheffield United gone with the outswinger but Burnley haven't been able to win the first header.
You think they've got away with it when it hits the bar - it's a scruffy finish but it just loops into the far corner.

ABSOLUTE chaos in the Burnley goal and Jack Robinson, who deflected a shot in for Burnley's first and lost possession for their second, shanks it in from all of two yards out.
A corner caused total panic in the Burnley area, someone hit the bar and then it bounced about a bit before Robinson shinned it over the line almost in slow motion.

His charges have not let him down at all and they look the likelier to get the game's fifth goal.

Sulaimon Adelekan: One of the games of the season in the Championship so far. Outscoring opponents has been Burnley's thing this season but they always give the opponents a chance, just like they have given Sheffield United for the second time.
