Rachel T: OLIVER SKIPP! WOW!
Tottenham 1-0 Chelsea
That is also Oliver Skipp's first senior goal for Spurs. What a moment for 22-year-old.
Tottenham 1-0 Chelsea
That goal came 20 seconds into the second half.
Graham Potter will be livid.
Oliver Skipp
Skipppppppppy!
A wonderful moment for Oliver Skipp and Tottenham. A horrible moment for Enzo Fernandez and Chelsea.
Emerson Royal tests Kepa straight from the kick-off but the Chelsea keeper is unable to drop on the ball because of Fernandez and the ball goes out to Skipp who lashes it in.
The Tottenham Hotspur Stadium erupts.
Tottenham 0-0 Chelsea
After the red card muddle, we're back under way in the second half.
HT: Tottenham 0-0 Chelsea
Based on what we have seen so far the expected goals statistics have hardly moved from the opening minute.
Tottenham's xG is 0.11, while Chelsea is 0.21.
The hosts are yet to have a shot on target. Chelsea have managed two although the Opta stats are registering one, so presumably there was an offside in that last Chelsea attack of note.

A great game of football but the protocol was wrong with that decision from Stuart Attwell.
The referee has sent the player off without looking at the screen first.
It has been a great match but it was marred at the end.

Attwell not learning from Clattenburg's horror show in 2016 when he dished out 12 cards because he let both teams kick lumps out of each other and lost control
Sam, Leicester
Standard of officiating has sunk to an all time low, how Attwell rescinded the red, there was two yellows for Hakim if not a straight red.

The referee has sent Ziyech off but then told him to stay on the pitch. It's a really strange decision.
I think it's best to tune into Match of the Day tonight to try and work that one out.
Ziyech's gone to swipe at Emerson Royal, he's missed and hit the shoulder, but he's performed the action so I think it's a red card.

Right decision to retract the red card. If Ziyech had gone for the face, red. But it was the shoulder. Very brave refereeing. Fair play.

I'm a Chelsea fan, but I'm bewildered by that. Yes, it's a bit soft, but it still looks like violent conduct to me. Casemiro's red card the other week was softer than this.

There's so much confusion here in the stadium. The referee Stuart Attwell booked Hakim Ziyech and Emerson Royal. He then sent Ziyech off but then checked the VAR monitor before cancelling the red card for a yellow card.
If that reads as if it's confusing it's because it is! Very odd.
Tottenham 0-0 Chelsea
A classic this isn't but at least Stuart Attwell produced a comedy moment. There are some very confused faces from both sets of players.

"You're not fit to referee," the crowd chant.

This is a mess!
Having shown Hakim Ziyech a straight red, the referee marches over to the pitchside monitor to look at the incident again.
Why didn't he do that before showing the red card?
Incredible. The red card has been overturned by Attwell and Ziyech is coming back on.
Tottenham 0-0 Chelsea
Ziyech does not escape!
After a delay he is shown a red card for a push on Emerson Royal and the Chelsea player is walking off.
Tottenham 0-0 Chelsea
The challenges have been flying all half and right at the end of the 45 the first yellow card is produced from Stuart Attwell's pocket.
Kai Havertz is cautioned along with Emerson Royal. The challenge that sparked it all was from Hakim Ziyech on Richarlison.
Ziyech appears to have escaped a yellow. Why?

That's the danger that Sterling brings when he can cut inside on that right foot.
He does so well but it's a great save from Forster.
Tottenham 0-0 Chelsea
Chelsea are finishing the half strongly. Will they find the net? Scoring has been a season-long problem for the Blues.
They've won a corner after that Forster save but Tottenham deal with it.
We're going to have a minimum three added minutes.
Tottenham 0-0 Chelsea
That's the Raheem Sterling of old!
A lovely move ends with Sterling trying to bend it around Fraser Forster but the Tottenham keeper flings himself across his line to keep it out.
Best save of the game.
