Ollie Rathbone lashes a thumping shot at goal from 25 yards out that thunders off the underside of the crossbar and, after a few moments of uncertainty, is deemed to have crossed the line.
The Millers pressed up high and forced mistakes from the Rovers defence and ultimately got their reward.
