How big of a save might that be from Fraser Forster?!

It is really well worked from AC Milan. Brahim Diaz gets the break of the ball after his side-footed shot and from six-yards out Forster gets a big right shin to keep the ball out.

  2. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 21:21 Greenwich Mean Time 8 March 2023

Tottenham 0-0 AC Milan (agg 0-1)

    A change for Spurs.

Ivan Perisic is off. On comes Pedro Porro. Emerson Royal switches over to the far side.

  3. Postpublished at 21:21 Greenwich Mean Time 8 March 2023

    Bayern Munich 1-0 Paris St-Germain (agg 2-0)

PSG are probably regretting the decision to let Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting leave on a free transfer in 2020.

Tottenham 0-0 AC Milan (agg 0-1)

Big save from Fraser Forster! The closest we have come to a goal.

Junior Messias cuts it back to Brahim Diaz and he's fortunate as the ball bundles through kindly for him on the edge of the box.

He is denied from close range by Forster though and Spurs can clear it in the six-yard area.

    Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting (61 mins)

This one counts as Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting scores to put Bayern in control.

Marco Verratti loses the ball on the edge of the box, terrible play, and Leon Goretzka squares the ball for Choupo-Moting to slot in from close range.

Andrew Priestley: Thomas Muller given as offside when he doesn’t look to have touched the ball? I don’t accept the argument that he is interfering with play as the GK has committed to a dive to save the initial header.

Corner to Bayern Munich. They are certainly on top now.

Hard to see where on earth this Spurs team think a goal is coming from. No obvious game plan. No obvious style. Just....turgid. It's like one of those avant garde theatre shows a friend invited you to, and then you find out it's 4 hours in the life of a paper clip. Soul destroying.

Lionel Messi had already scored his first Barcelona goal when PSG team-mate El Chadaille Bitshiabu was born on 16 May 2005.

Tottenham 0-0 AC Milan (agg 0-1)

Spurs look a bit more energetic this half. Dejan Kulusevski cuts onto his left foot and curls a decent ball in. It pops back out to Emerson Royal but it ricochets off him for a goal kick.

  12. Postpublished at 21:16 Greenwich Mean Time 8 March 2023

    Bayern Munich 0-0 Paris St-Germain (agg 1-0)

Bayern put together a good spell of possession. This is exactly what they want, they still control this tie.

Brahim Diaz has some lovely touches, flicking it over a few players' heads before Cristian Romero catches him late.

He's on a yellow card and needs to be careful.

PSG wing-back Nuno Mendes needs treatment after being caught by Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting.

They're going to run out of defenders soon.

Off we go again in London. What have Spurs got?

  16. Postpublished at 21:13 Greenwich Mean Time 8 March 2023

    Bayern Munich 0-0 Paris St-Germain (agg 1-0)

The Uefa website says 'Choupo-Moting's header is ruled out as Müller was in an offside position'.

So it must have been interfering with play?

  17. Postpublished at 21:12 Greenwich Mean Time 8 March 2023

It looks like fans are throwing some items on the pitch. But play goes on.

How can PSG react to that mega reprieve?

  18. VAR

Video Assistant Refereepublished at 21:11 Greenwich Mean Time 8 March 2023

    Bayern Munich 0-0 Paris St-Germain (agg 1-0)

It's being checked - but the final decision is no goal.

It didn't look clear if Thomas Muller actually touched the ball - and he was the one who was offside - but VAR must have ruled he did.

HT: Tottenham 0-0 AC Milan (agg 0-1)

What will Antonio Conte do for this second half?

Tottenham need a goal. If they don't score, they are out of the Champions League.

  20. DISALLOWED GOALpublished at 21:09 Greenwich Mean Time 8 March 2023

    Bayern Munich 0-0 Paris St-Germain (agg 1-0)

Bayern Munich have the ball in the net but it's not given. Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting flicks on a cross which Thomas Muller prods home. It's ruled out for offside.
