Aaron Wan-Bissaka follows up with a diving header but his effort diverts wide.

Oh my gosh. The skill from Isak - he's got five or six bodies around him, he takes it to the byline and Murphy is there to tap it in.

That's the story of Everton this season: score and then concede straight away.

Aaron Wan-Bissaka is having another good game here. His renaissance under Erik ten Hag continuing. Richarlison looks to be away and eyeing a shot at goal, but in steps the United defender with a perfectly-timed tackle.

Ruben Selles continues to urge his players forward in search of a way back into this. Bournemouth are managing the game (and the Saints attack) pretty well, though.

Almost a big misjudgement from Cherries keeper Neto as he leaves his goal only to be beaten to a pumped ball forward by Che Adams. The Saints forward can't get a meaningful second touch, though, and the visitors see off the danger.

Newcastle are so close to a fourth as a shot from a corner is blocked at the near post.

All the fight seems to have deserted Everton's players now.

Spurs have at least come out swinging here. Pedro Porro sees a shot blocked and then, moments later, Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg fires a shot from range way over the bar.

This is bad news for Bournemouth.

Marcus Tavernier - their form player, their goalscorer tonight - has pulled up holding his thigh.

He is having to limp off the pitch visibly upset. On comes Adam Smith.

There's stunned and despondent faces in the home end. Everton really need to be picking up points at home but they failed to capitalise on their strong start and they look set to remain deep in relegation trouble.

Not sure if this is fans taking their time to return from inside the stands after half-time, or if they've seen enough already and gone home, but there are a few gaps in the crowd.

Can Tottenham find a way back into this game? They'll be nine points off the top four (and behind Man Utd) if they can't. Their form has absolutely dropped off a cliff.

While there is time on the clock, Saints still have hope. They are running out of it, though. There's 15 minutes to go here.

That could be a massive for Everton.
