  1. National League update - Yeovil fall behindpublished at 21:12 British Summer Time 18 April 2023

    #bbcefl

Terrible news for third-bottom Yeovil at Wrexham: Anthony Forde has put the hosts 1-0 ahead after 60 minutes.

Anything but a win will send the Glovers down tonight.

At the other end of the table, the Dragons could be going four points clear at the top with just two games to play.

  2. goal

    Taylor Gardner-Hickman (60 mins)

West Brom double their lead and it's the substitute Taylor Gardner-Hickman who has it.

Blackpool fail to deal with a spot of danger wide on their left close to the byline and the Baggies work the ball infield.

John Swift tees it up for a simple finish for Gardner-Hickman from about nine yards.

A mountain to climb now for struggling Blackpool after failing to take their first-half chances...

  3. League One update - Derby chasing play-offspublished at 21:11 British Summer Time 18 April 2023

    #bbcefl

Derby dangerman David McGoldrick has lifted the Rams' promotion hopes at Exeter, making the breakthrough to put them on course to move level with sixth place.

Bolton occupy that position in the live standings because hosts Burton have made it 1-1 against them through Josh Walker.

  4. League Two update - Rochdale looking doomedpublished at 21:10 British Summer Time 18 April 2023

    #bbcefl

Rochdale's relegation plight has worsened at home to Tranmere, who've moved 2-0 ahead through Josh Hawkes' 56th-minute penalty. Dale's relegation won't be confirmed tonight as results stand, but they'll be nine points off safety with three to play unless Crawley fall behind at home to Colchester.

Neil Warnock is doing the business. Huddersfield got him in for a reason.

He has turned the mood and given them belief. Earlier in the season if they were 1-0 down at somewhere like Sunderland, which is a really tough place to go, heads would have gone down and you could have seen them shipping another couple of goals.

He has made them believe that even if they're losing they can bring it back.

    Millwall 0-0 Birmingham

Birmingham begin the second half with the bit between their teeth as Reda Khadra goes close again.

Lions keeper George Long tips a deflected effort from the winger over the bar.

  7. KICK-OFFpublished at 21:08 British Summer Time 18 April 2023

    Millwall 0-1 Birmingham

The second half is getting going at The Den.

Fifth-placed Millwall face being caught up by the play-off chasing pack unless they can find a response.

    Sunderland 1-1 Huddersfield

That Terriers goal has awoken the Black Cats from their slumber.

The home side nearly go straight back into the lead but Tomas Vaclik denies Amad Diallo.

    Rotherham 1-1 Burnley

Rotherham have got young goalkeeper Robbie Hemfrey on for his debut because of an injury to Josh Vickers.

The Scot has acquitted himself well so far and stands up well to a shot from Josh Cullen.

    Blackpool 0-1 West Brom

The Baggies come close to doubling their lead at Bloomfield Road, but Dan Grimshaw gets down smartly to keep out a low effort from Karlan Grant.

    Josh Koroma (59 mins)

    Huddersfield make their pressure pay!

Josh Koroma gets a deserved leveller for the away side.

The forward shows good strength to drive towards goal and his shot takes a slight deflection to go in.

A draw would move the Terriers a little further from trouble and dent Sunderland's play-off bid.

    Stoke 0-1 Wigan

Almost an instant response for Stoke as Tyrese Campbell slams a shot across goal and narrowly wide from the edge of the area.

  13. League One update - Owls soaring toppublished at 21:02 British Summer Time 18 April 2023

    #bbcefl

Bristol Rovers have hit back through Aaron Collins' 46th-minute goal to reduce Sheffield Wednesday's lead to 2-1 - but it's good news elsewhere for the Owls, who are going top at the moment.

Killian Phillips has produced a cool finish to put Shrewsbury in front at home to Plymouth, who will fall a point behind Wednesday if these are the full-time results.

Ipswich have equalised but are still being held at home by Port Vale, Nathan Broadhead scoring to make it 1-1 after 53 minutes.

  14. goal

GOAL: Stoke 0-1 Wiganpublished at 21:00 British Summer Time 18 April 2023

    Will Keane (54 mins)

    HUGE goal for Wigan.

Will Keane puts the relegation-threatened Latics ahead at Stoke.

Max Power swings a ball into the box from the right which Keane controls well before firing a right-footed half volley into the net.

It may just delay the inevitable... but there's still hope.

    Sunderland 1-0 Huddersfield

Struggling Huddersfield are chucking the lot at this.

They have the ball in the back of the net but it's ruled out for a push.

    Blackpool 0-1 West Brom

A change for the hosts at the break, as Sonny Carey comes on for Keshi Anderson.

Blackpool will be at least four points from safety with three games of the campaign remaining if they lose tonight.

Can interim boss Stephen Dobbie inspire a turnaround?

  17. Postpublished at 20:56 British Summer Time 18 April 2023

    Rotherham 1-1 Burnley

The home side, who levelled just before the break, have been forced into a change at the interval.

Goalkeeper Josh Vickers has picked up a knock so 21-year-old Robbie Hemfrey is on for his PROFESSIONAL debut.

    No pressure kid...

    Sunderland 1-0 Huddersfield

Huddersfield have been up against it in this one but they could (should?) be level.

Jaheim Headley gets forward really well from full-back and he takes a great touch but then smashes a shot off target.

    Rochdale 0-1 Tranmere

    Sanny Rudravajhala
BBC Radio 5 live at the Crown Oil Arena

It'll be a huge rebuild needed if Rochdale do go down.

And they’ll probably do it without one of their brightest talents,19-year-old central midfielder Ethan Brierley.

His move to Blackburn Rovers fell through in January but Rovers boss Jon Dahl Tomasson is in the stands, perhaps keeping tabs him.

The Dane also has a bright pink wristband on, which gives him the full works on the hospitality-front.

So maybe he’s just here for those famous Spotland pies. I had a curried chicken one before kick-off, it was a delight.

  20. League Two update - Orient remain on coursepublished at 20:54 British Summer Time 18 April 2023

    #bbcefl

Leyton Orient are on course to be promoted tonight - but only because Northampton and Bradford are being held. Both of those teams would need to win to keep Orient, who had Omar Beckles sent off shortly before falling behind at Gillingham, from going up by full-time.

Rochdale are hanging on to their EFL status by a thread. They're losing 1-0 at home to Tranmere, but results elsewhere mean they won't go down tonight as it stands.
