Aston Villa's Kenza Dali has carried the ball further than any other player in the WSL this season (3462.5 metres). The French midfielder has also been involved in five goals in her last four WSL appearances (2 goals, 3 assists).

That's been clear in the opening exchanges. Dali has been Villa's brightest spark so far and is trying to test Chelsea.

Liverpool are streaming forward now but the momentum stops as Shanice van de Sanden's cross is easily gathered by Mackenzie Arnold.

At the other end, defender Kirsty Smith has a pop from range for West Ham but her shot goes well over the bar.

Chelsea have started quickly here - it looks like they've managed to avoid the exhaustion.

They're quick off the blocks and pressing intently, but Villa are calm in their build-up.

Chelsea won't be forgetting this week in a hurry.

Expect some tired legs this evening, as the Blues left it late on Thursday night to see off Lyon in the Champions League quarter-finals on penalties.

They lost to Manchester City in the WSL last weekend with boss Emma Hayes emphasising the impact that playing the first leg against Lyon had on her side.

Will it be the same leggy Chelsea team tonight? Or will they have found a way to recover?
