The full-back recovers well to slide in and win the ball back, but Ethan Ampadu's follow up pass goes straight out for a Latvian throw deep in the Welsh half.

It's all a bit careful at the moment.

A lovely turn by Neco Williams along the left touchline gets a cheers from the crowd as he avoids the tackle of Janis Ikaunieks is skillful style.

The game has gone a little flat as both teams struggle to break down the other.

I'd like to see Ramsey take more than one touch he is trying to do everything first time and I don't think he needs to, he has got more time than he thinks.

If we can get him on the ball a bit more and impacting the game a bit more it is only going to be a good thing for Wales.

I don't think we need two holders sat there, I think Morell and Ampadu, between them one of them can break that line and join the attack.

Short pause in play here as Vladislavs Gutkovskis receives some treatment after landing on his back.

They say the bigger you are the harder you fall, and the Latvian striker is certainly a physical presence.

That's where Latvia are going to be dangerous, balls in to the box with two big lads up there, the two strikers.

They just need to be careful Wales, they need to make sure they win those second balls if not the first.

From the resulting corner Wales do not pick up Marcis Oss who volleys the cross first time towards goal and forces a brilliant reaction save from Danny Ward.

Harry Wilson looks really up for it today, in a game like this where he has a bit more freedom it is going to suit him.

If he can maintain this it is going to be a good night for Wales.
