At the moment Huddersfield have a lot more to play for than Cardiff City so they are into this game but Cardiff are too relaxed at the moment.

Romaine Sawyers is next to take aim for Cardiff after fantastic link up play between Sory Kaba and Jaden Philogene.

However like Philogene's effort a moment ago, Sawyers' strike is way off target.

It really is a flat atmosphere at the Cardiff City Stadium today, even the travelling fans have lost their voice in recent minutes.

The game could really do with a spark.

Philogene anticipated the ball really well and watched the defender but just snatched across it and sliced it high.

He needs to get more involved in the game as he's such a good player.

And speaking of Danny Ward he is the latest striker to need treatment.

Both sets of fans exchange chants for the striker, who played for Cardiff from 2017 to 2020.

As Gwennan has just eluded to though they do not create tonnes of opportunities from open play, and that has been the case so far today - minus the early Danny Ward strike.

Huddersfield are a big team, they don't create a of a lot from open play, set pieces are going to be crucial for them.

And if we turn from reading to Reading, I bet Royals fans aren't enjoying what they are seeing from Cardiff.
