    Barnsley 0-0 Bolton (Agg 1-1)

It's a very different game tonight than we had in the first half at Hillsborough last night - which is to be expected, really.

Neither side are giving much away but Barnsley do win a free-kick on the left flank which is duly sent into the box and immediately headed away by the visitors.

    This is simmering nicely.

A goal either way would really get it going.

Bolton have grown into it in the past few minutes and they're starting to really enjoy the lion's share of possession.

That said, Barnsley boss Michael Duff said beforehand that he expected Wanderers to have more of the ball.

His side have broken quickly and efficiently a couple of times, having pinched the ball on the halfway line.

It just wasn't the right connection on the ball from Herbie Kane - he drags it, so it's easy for James Trafford to collect.

Barnsley are getting in and around the Bolton penalty area.

Barnsley's Herbie Kane finds some space as the hosts break on the counter and he unleashes a low drive from long range.

Bolton keeper James Trafford dives to deny him at the bottom right-hand corner.

Conor Bradley's ball into the Barnsley box rebounds off Nicky Cadden and out for a Bolton corner.

The ball goes and the Tykes just about clear their lines before Ricardo Santos can try his luck inside a crowded box.

Ricardo Santos clatters into Barnsley's Slobodan Tedic and eventually referee Michael Salisbury brings the game to a halt so he can be treated.

Bolton boss Ian Evatt isn't pleased with the decision to temporarily stop the game.

Tedic sheepishly walks to the touchline before play continues.

Devante Cole and Slobodan Tedic look a lively pair. The Wanderers back three are not going to get any time on the ball.

If you're looking at two 5-3-2 formations, then it's going to be mistakes that decide this game. Wanderers have made a couple already - let's hope they're the last two.

Bit of a contrast in styles on the benches.

Barnsley gaffer Michael Duff is in his club tracksuit, gesticulating to the pitch and turning exasperated to his staff.

Bolton counterpart Ian Evatt is suited and booted and stood impassively on the corner of his technical area like a nightclub doorman who isn't going to let you in wearing those trainers.

This time it's Barnsley's turn to strike as this end-to-end first half continues.

Liam Kitching is played through and strikes low with his left foot but it bounces into Bolton keeper James Trafford's hands.

Conor Bradley plays a neat ball inside the Barnsley box to Dan Nlundulu, who swiftly turns to find space.

His low shot is well dealt with by the hosts, however.

    Good stuff from Bolton.

The atmosphere in the stands is going to transfer on to the pitch. We are in for one hell of a night. These are the nights you want, whether you're a fan, player or coach.

There's some expectation and a lot of hope. The Barnsley fans are hoping they can get to Wembley.

It will be an unbelievable day if they can get there and meet Sheffield Wednesday.

Dion Charles chests down a long Bolton ball towards the Barnsley box, controls and then strikes from distance.

At the other end, Luca Connell drives low and draws a save from James Trafford.

Oooft, what a start that would have been!

Bolton are absolutely committed to playing out from the back under Ian Evatt but they were could and perhaps should find themselves a goal down already after that lax passing on the edge of their own area.

As if they needed it that has got the home fans even more revved up.

    An early chance for Barnsley.

Ricardo Santos makes a last-ditch block to Slobodan Tedic after Bolton make a hash of playing out from the back in the first minute.

The hosts win a corner which is eventually worked to former Bolton man Luca Connell, who fires wide of the target.

So then, now the dust has settled on last night's League One play-off semi-final second leg, how do we rank it?

I'm asking you this - was Sheffield Wednesday's stunning comeback against Peterborough the greatest EFL play-off ever?

Thumbs up if you think it was. Thumbs down if you think otherwise or you're a Peterborough fan.

No team has played as many second-tier games as Barnsley.

The Tykes are in fact miles out in front when it comes to time spent in the Second Division/Division One/the Championship.

The South Yorkshire side have played 3,286 games at that level, a whopping 660 more than the team in second.

Hot on their heels, in some respects, for that accolade is... Hull City.
