    Fulham 0-1 Brentford

Brentford have had five shots on target. Fulham have had none. Not that it's been a one-sided game or anything. The Cottagers are having more of the ball and hit the bar a couple of minutes ago.

    Wolves 0-4 Brighton

Gary O'Neil has to do something because Wolves are a mess here.

On come Hwang Hee-Chan and Pablo Sarabia for Fábio Silva and João Gomes.

    Liverpool 2-1 Bournemouth

    Bournemouth are clinging on!

Cody Gakpo has two bites of the cherry in the box but both of his shots are blocked.

It was all set up by a lovely weaving run from Luis Diaz, who has been very good this afternoon.

    Liverpool 2-1 Bournemouth

    Big chance for Liverpool!

Cody Gakpo manages to squeeze a pass through to Mohamed Salah in the box via a couple of loose Cherries touches. The Egyptian has just Neto to beat from a tight angle but fires low and straight at the keeper.

    Fulham 0-1 Brentford

Brentford attack and a cross just goes in between two players before Mathias Jensen's bouncing shot is tipped over by Bernd Leno.

Jensen and Andreas Pereira clash knees seconds later but they're both OK.

    Solly March (55 mins)

My goodness, Wolves are falling apart here. Three goals in 10 minutes for Brighton!

It is another gorgeous pass by Julio Enciso as he weights it perfectly for Solly March to finish from close range again.

    Fulham 0-1 Brentford

Fulham's best chance probably. Harrison Reed lays the ball off to Bobby De Cordova-Reid on the edge of the box. De Cordova-Reid lifts a shot over the Bees keeper but it hits the bar.

Adama Traore is sitting on the Fulham bench watching on. I wonder if they've hired anyone to oil those muscles.

    Liverpool 2-1 Bournemouth

Liverpool keep getting free headers at corners.

Diogo Jota is the latest, but he is off balance and can only glance his effort tamely wide.

Soon after, the same man lashes wide after latching on to a clearing header from Neto.

    Liverpool 2-1 Bournemouth

Antoine Semenyo almost does it all on his own!

He uses all his strength to fend off a series of challenges en route to the edge of the Liverpool box, but his shot at the end is always rising and clears the bar.

    Solly March (51 mins)

    Another for the high-flying Seagulls!

Brilliant stuff from Julio Enciso as he is onto a ball down the left and he gets to the edge of the box before flicking the ball with the outside of his boot for Solly March to smash in from close range.

Once again, missed chances in the first half have cost Wolves here.

    Fulham 0-1 Brentford

Raul Jimenez has a crack from outside the box, it's not the best effort in truth, but it's deflected wide and Fulham have a corner.

    Liverpool 2-1 Bournemouth

Liverpool have come out with the bit between their teeth here.

They try to slip the ball in to Diogo Jota in the box but the forward fouls Max Aarons.

    Wolves 0-2 Brighton

Only Brighton could sell one of their players for over £100m and still look absolutely fine.

The Seagulls are on course to kick off their season with back-to-back wins here.

Javel: Of course. By the book. But it's the entire concept of the penalty that is ruining football. The ideal decision would be a direct FK from the place of the foul. In no way is a free shot from 12yd proportional to the foul.

P: Referee sees light contact & kicking out of both legs to go down. He's aware if he gives a penalty, as there's contact, VAR cant overrule it. He's basically gifting a goal. Somehow it invaribly ends up favouring the most popular 'big 6' teams. Others playing 11v15.

Brentford record signing Nathan Collins heads wide under pressure from Issa Diop.

Collins is both the expensive and second most expensive Irish player ever.

    Pervis Estupinan (47 mins)

    Disastrous start for Wolves!

Brighton add a second goal just 41 seconds into the second half as Danny Welbeck's shot is pushed to the feet of Kaoru Mitoma, who instead of shooting cleverly knocks the ball into the path of Pervis Estupiñán to stroke home from a better position.
