Is it not swings and roundabouts, Liverpool denied a clear penalty last week but get a soft but obvious one this week??
Chris
Re Glenn Murray 15:38 - I'm sorry but I'm sick of professionals blaming the defender. Why should it be the defender's responsibility to stop an attacker diving? Call it what it is - cheating.
Paul
All this attention from people for the Liverpool Bournemouth game, not enough on Kaoru Mitoma scoring probably the goal of the season in Game 2.

HT: Liverpool 2-1 Bournemouth
Liverpool are unbeaten in their last 124 Premier League matches when leading at half-time (W114, D10) dating back to 4th December 2016.
The team who beat them the last time they gave away a half-time lead? Bournemouth.
Liverpool 2-1 Bournemouth
Michael Emons
BBC Sport at Anfield
A thoroughly enjoyable 45 minutes. Bournemouth are having chances and, searching for their first ever win at Anfield, took the lead after only three minutes through Antoine Semenyo.
But Liverpool fought back strongly with Luis Diaz scoring midway through the half, with Mohamed Salah netting eight minutes later with a rebound from a penalty after his spot-kick was parried by Neto.
Liverpool ended the half strongly with four late chances as they threatened to run away with this one.
Bournemouth will be happy to get a bit of a breather, but they are still very much in this game.
HT: Fulham 0-1 Brentford
Marco Silva was deep in conversation with his staff leaving the field of play at half-time, could be expecting some changes second half at Fulham, either tactically or with personnel.
HT: Liverpool 2-1 Bournemouth
Chris Sutton
Former Chelsea striker on BBC Radio 5 Live
Very slow start from Liverpool, credit to Bournemouth for their start.
Liverpool equalised and changed the momentum to dominate the rest of the half. Brilliant innovation from Diaz to get level, but a soft penalty.
They go into the break with their tails up.
Liverpool 2-1 Bournemouth
A thoroughly-entertaining half, that.
Liverpool have been a shambles at the back but good going forward.
Bournemouth trail having led but have been given enough encouragement to feel they could get something from this yet.
Liverpool 2-1 Bournemouth
All of Liverpool's issues are largely of their own making.
Alisson's poor pass gives Andy Robertson too much to do. They respond well to crowd Dominic Solanke out before Antoine Semenyo fires an effort straight at the keeper.
Fulham 0-1 Brentford
Brentford lead this London derby at the break thanks to Yoane Wissa taking advantage of Issa Diop's error.

Re Jan 15:42... by the letter of the law it is a penalty. While I agree it was a theatrical fall, you don't give players the chance to go down in tne modern game... every team does it, not just Liverpool
Anon
Penalty all day long. Soft? Yes. Annoying? Yes. Defender leg dangling. Contact made. Penalty. Move on.

Liverpool 2-1 Bournemouth
Another corner, another booming header wide from a centre back. This time it is Ibrahima Konate rising to plant an effort into the stand with his bonce.
Fulham 0-1 Brentford
Second yellow card of the game. Fulham captain Tim Ream catches Yoane Wissa from behind and goes into the book.
Liverpool 2-1 Bournemouth
It's pretty much all Liverpool.
They cut through the Bournemouth defence and feed Dominik Szoboszlai for a shot that is deflected wide.
Wolves 0-1 Brighton
Pervis Estupinan plays a low ball across the face of goal but no-one gambles on it coming in and the pass evades everyone.
That's the last action of the half as Brighton lead at the break.
Fulham 0-1 Brentford
Glenn Murray
Former Brighton striker on Final Score
It's just an individual error. Diop just seems to go to sleep for a second.
He goes to roll the ball back to his goalkeeper, half played it blind, and Wissa has jumped on it in a flash.
Fulham 0-1 Brentford
Issa Diop gets the ball and just leathers it as far as human possible this time. Almost time for a break.
Fulham 0-1 Brentford
Issa Diop holds his hands up, he knows he's had an absolute nightmare there.

No walk of life does that cause a person to fall over. Can ex pros actually start calling out diving? Rather than it's soft, or you've seen them given. Szobozslai lifted his own legs in the air.
Micheal
How come VAR don't even look at a blatant Bournemouth penalty but as soon as Liverpool ask....
Chris
Liverpool 2-1 Bournemouth
Save!
Liverpool threatening to tear off into the distance now.
Trent Alexander-Arnold is found in the box on the right and dummies to cut inside a marker before forcing Neto to palm a shot away.
The resulting corner is met by Virgil van Dijk but headed wide.
Yoane Wissa (44 mins)
A gift!
Issa Diop, I don't know what he's doing. He gets a simple enough ball and just kicks it straight into the path of Yoane Wissa, who takes it past Bernd Leno and then side-foots it into an empty net from near the edge of the box.
