Haiti are really dangerous. Melchie Dumornay has arguably been the best player on the pitch and every time she gets the ball there's cheers from the Haiti fans - and the Australians rooting them on - in the stadium.

That was another good chance for Roselord Borgella, who has caused problems for Lucy Bronze and Millie Bright with her movement in the box.

    Now Roselord Borgella heads over.

Haiti have had some really promising attacks in this half.

    England 1-0 Haiti

Another Haiti attack shows promise with the excellent Melchie Dumornay turning her marker before breaking towards goal. She feeds Nerilia Mondesir but her cross deflects back off her and behind for a goal kick.

Dumornay has been one of the best, if not the best, players on the pitch. Such a talent at just 19.

Great delivery into the area and that was so, so close for Roselord Borgella, it seemed to just skim off her head and out.

    That was a warning shot.

    England 1-0 Haiti

Haiti have not had a shot on target in this game but they have a late corner.

It is played short and then the ball is whipped in for Roselord Borgella but skims off her head and wide. That was a real chance.

There's nine minutes of time added on.

Alessia Russo should have done better but the ball didn't quite come to her.

What she's doing off the ball and out of possession is exceptional as well.

Alex Greenwood drills in a cross from the left but Alessia Russo glances her header wide. Was Lauren Hemp in the better position to meet it? Regardless, England are creating chances.

A couple of minutes to go until the break but there's bound to be a fair bit of stoppage time added on with the injuries and VAR drama.

It's not the biggest crowd at the fan zone at Brisbane but there have been plenty of 'oohs' and 'ahhhs' with all the VAR drama.

If you want an idea of who those in attendance are supporting, the cheers for the penalty save were slightly more enthusiastic than the re-taken spot kick.

Everyone loves an underdog, I suppose!

Georgia Stanway sends a dangerous ball into the box, it is just over Alessia Russo but Lauren Hemp is rushing in to meet it. She's perhaps caught out by Russo's leap and the ball bounces off her and to Haiti keeper Kerly Theus.

Mary Earps has not had much to do despite Haiti's bright attacking play. That was a very cool touch from England's number one.

Kerly Theus is having a good night. She comes across as being really confident and vocal with her backline.

She seems to me, so far, to be an excellent shot stopper.

Alessia Russo gets another shot on goal but it is another pretty comfortable save for Kerly Théus.

At the other end, Mary Earps coolly steps away from an on-rushing Haiti player before passing out to a team-mate.

Why was there no check on the penalty that was scored when it's clear players are in the box?

90 minute games taking 110 minutes, it's going to ruin the tournament & the sport! Absolutely no flow!

Melchie Dumornay was audacious to go for the scissor kick but if that had come off it would have been something else.

Haiti break quickly and are suddenly three versus two. The ball is worked to Nerilia Mondesir on the right and she loops in a high cross that Melchie Dumornay tries to meet with a scissor kick but she misses.

England look really really up for this.

You can tell, it feels like it has been ages since we saw England play and they are up for it.

Lauren Hemp sends the ball down the line for Alessia Russo to chase but the England forward is given too much to do and it goes behind for a goal kick.
