Unfortunate for Haiti to lose a player early on. It will be interesting to see how Ruthny Mathurin comes into the middle of a World Cup game.
Alessia Russo will stand on her toes and make sure she knows that she is in a World Cup game right now.
England 0-0 Haiti
Haiti are going to have to make a change because Jennyfer Limage's knee injury means she can't continue.
Ruthny Mathurin is on in her place.

England and penalties at a World Cup... So much drama!
Nikita Parris (twice) and Steph Houghton both failed to score theirs at the 2019 World Cup and it looked like a fourth from Georgia Stanway until the VAR decision gave her a second go.
Plenty of VAR action so far! Stanway seemed to release some frustration in that celebration. There was a huge roar in the stadium, particularly to our left, where the bulk of the England fans seem to be sat.

Georgia Stanway, fantastic from her.
To keep that composure and to trust herself and go again.
Immediately she has to retake it after missing, that is composure right there.

Joe: Football's festival of penalties remains at 100%.
Georgia Stanway pen
No mistake this time by Georgia Stanway!
She tucks the penalty into the far corner and England are ahead after a rather dramatic few minutes.
England 0-0 Haiti
But the penalty is going to be retaken!
Kerly Théus clearly came off the line...

Georgia Stanway, you don't often see her miss.
It was a perfect height for the goalkeeper.
England 0-0 Haiti
Brilliant save!
Georgia Stanway is denied by Kerly Théus, who pushes the ball away. She is surrounded by her jubilant team-mates.
England 0-0 Haiti
It is a quick check of the screen and the referee announces it is a penalty to England!
Georgia Stanway to take...
England 0-0 Haiti
England drive in a corner but Lucy Bronze heads wide.
Hang on, Batcheba Louis had her hands high up in the air as the ball came in and it looks like it touches her fingers.
There's another VAR review...

It looks like spaces are really starting to appear in terms of distance between the England players and the Haiti players.
In terms of first and second balls, can England's backline squeeze a bit higher to force that midfield up the pitch?
England 0-0 Haiti
England boss Sarina Wiegman is scribbling down some notes in her notebook as Jennyfer Limage is helped to her feet but she is in real pain as she limps to the side of the pitch. It looked like an awkward fall that caused that injury.
England 0-0 Haiti
A good battle between Alessia Russo and Jennyfer Limage on the left as the England striker battles for possession. She comes out on top of the tussle but Limage appears to be hurt and needs treatment.

That was really brave goalkeeping from the Haitian goalkeeper Kerly Theus.

Wow. Dayana Pierre-Louis has only been shown a yellow card despite clearly dangerous play on Chloe Kelly. Plenty here think she is lucky to have not been shown a red card.
It happened after what they deemed to be a foul from Alessia Russo on Tabita Joseph, which is why no penalty was awarded.
We saw several replays of it on the TV screens in the press box.

I think the referee got that absolutely spot on.
In terms of the rules of the game, that was handled well.
England 0-0 Haiti
It's no penalty with Alessia Russo deemed to have committed a foul before Chloe Kelly was clipped.
We play on.
England 0-0 Haiti
VAR is also checking if Alessia Russo clipped the heel of an opponent inside the box just before Chloe Kelly was caught...
