The last time Luton got something out of a top-flight game was a 2-0 home win over Aston Villa on 25 April 1992 - just weeks before the First Division was replaced by the Premier League.

Even the champions who've got flair, who've got style all around the pitch have to find different ways of winning games and they've done that they've ground it out, they've been patient, they went to a back five and that's how you win games.

There's still plenty of ill will floating around the Etihad. Most of it is heading the way of the referee, who appears to have pleased nobody.

Every single decision feels like it's going against him. It was a little bit of shoulder to shoulder between Origi and Phillips but the referee decides it's a free-kick to Forest. More pressure on City.
