Arsenal are being well rebuffed so far by a Sevilla defence featuring four-time Champions League winner Sergio Ramos.

The 37-year-old rejoined his boyhood club in the summer and looks as no-nonsense as ever.

David Raya has tried to stay out of the spotlight tonight but he's had an incident very similar to the one at the weekend.

He's given the ball away very cheaply, trying to pass out of the penalty area under a high press. On this occasion they didn't concede but it has got to be a concern that he looks wobbly in that sort of situation again.

So much better from Manchester United, Sofyan Amrabat in the middle of the park going past two players nice and strong. He fizzes the ball into Antony at pace, but Scott McTominay commits himself and he just could not get there.

Manchester United have settled and are starting to get on top, in territory terms if nothing else.

The key here is Sofyan Amrabat.

Erik ten Hag is encouraging his players to get forward and Amrabat needs to be alive to the Copenhagen counter.

Oh, almost brilliant from Man Utd!

A lovely attacking move is set away by Sofyan Amrabat, who releases Antony down the right. His ball into the middle is flicked towards Scott McTominay but the Scottish midfielder is denied by a timely challenge from Kevin Diks.

Declan Rice bursts forward from midfield, however his final ball across the box is cut out.

Bukayo Saka, who was in plenty of space, gives his club and international team mate an earful.

Marcus Rashford goes alone. He is forced across the edge of the box ahead of a shot he fails to catch. Easily saved.

Twenty minutes gone and there are little signs that United are beginning to warm to this task.

Copenhagen are certainly not overawed though.

Put under pressure by the Sevilla press, the Arsenal keeper passes it straight to white shirts in midfield. Fortunately for him, he is not punished for the error.

Arsenal build up to the other end down the left, ending in Gabriel Jesus firing over the bar from 15 yards after getting the ball caught under his feet.

Rasmus Hojlund finally gets United on the board for attempts at goal.

Marcus Rashford sets him up and he is able to swivel and fire an effort that clears the bar.

It is sloppy from United so far, I do not like the centre halves having the ball at their feet for so long. Harry Maguire and Raphael Varane are putting their studs on the ball - get the ball moving!

Still yet to see much from United going forward.

Copenhagen continue to look the bigger threat. Mohamed Elyounoussi's cross is hacked away before a team-mate can get an effort away.

It's hammering down with rain in Seville. It's almost like Manchester over there.

Sevilla manager Diego Alonso's sharp grey suit has been ruined.
