The game has settled in the way we expected with Man City on the ball and Huddersfield with men behind the ball trying to make it difficult.

    Man City 0-0 Huddersfield

A first shot from Manchester City and it's a curling effort from Julian Alvarez on the edge of the area. It's doing nothing to trouble Huddersfield keeper Lee Nicholls, who catches it comfortably.

    Nottingham Forest 0-0 Blackpool

A pretty slow start at the City Ground. Murillo gives it away to Karamoko Dembele but the Blackpool man gives it straight back.

Luton have dominated the ball in these opening few minutes and look dangerous when they push forward.

That was a lovely little turn by Teden Mengi, who paces down the left wing and earns his side a corner.

Daniel Farke has made six changes for the game, it looks like Ethan Ampadu is going to slot into the back four and Archie Gray is going into midfield.

Gray has played at right back all season, but Jamie Shackleton is now filling in at right back.

    Peterborough 0-0 Leeds

Peterborough goalkeeper Fynn Talley has given the ball away twice and Leeds could have scored from both occasions!

Jaidon Anthony's cross finds Patrick Bamford but he can't get a shot off.

Talley's short clearance is then straight to Archie Gray on the edge of the box but he scuffs a poor effort back at him.

Returning West Brom striker Daryl Dike heads wide from a corner.

A good start by Leeds. They capitalise on a mistake at the back from Peterborough to win a corner.

From the set-piece, Patrick Bamford flicks a header wide.

  13. goal

GOAL - West Ham 1-0 Bristol Citypublished at 14:05 Greenwich Mean Time 7 January

    Jarrod Bowen (4 mins)

Not the best goal for Bristol City to concede. Jarrod Bowen races behind the defence to get onto a Lucas Paqueta ball over the top, goes round the keeper a bit too easily and then slots a shot past a defender on the line.

Credit to the Huddersfield fans here. They haven't had much to cheer about in the Championship this season as their side languishes near the relegation zone but the 6,000 supporters who have travelled over from Yorkshire are in excellent voice.

It is very likely to be a tough afternoon for their side, but their fans are determined to enjoy themselves.

In fact, we've just had some oles as a string of five passes were put together.

This could be an interesting match-up.

Neil Critchley's Blackpool side like to have lots of possession, whereas Forest are used to the opposite in the Premier League.

It's the hosts who have the ball now but Callum Hudson-Odoi, making a rare start for Forest, makes a run in behind and is caught offside.

    Man City 0-0 Huddersfield

A bright start from Huddersfield. They're moving the ball around well, pushing up and have hardly let Manchester City have a touch of the ball.

Pep Guardiola has a respect for all of our domestic trophies, this one especially. I would say he's gone with his strongest team available with Rodri not expected to start.

This game has been 17 years in the making and the noise is already ramped up.

Driving down the A5 from Wrexham, supporters were greeted with pro Salop banners (and anti-Wrexham) and right now the away fans are opposite a sea of yellow and blue with the drum banging as loudly as possible.

The PA is turned up to 11 and the two teams are ready to go.

As for on the pitch, Shrewsbury have struggled for goals this season but put three past struggling Fleetwood last time out. Can Ryan Bowman find the target today?

He has just one in the league but has had FA Cup joy three times in two games so far.Steven Fletcher scored a hat-trick on what was his first start as Wrexham came from behind to blow Barrow away. Did I mention Paul Mullin’s superb free kick too?

But form goes out the window, it’s derby day, let’s have it!
